I have noticed this dynamic too. An attractive woman really comes alive in the flesh. Maybe this has something to do with personality too.

On the other hand, then you get catfish that doctor the fuck out of their pics. Maybe because the true hotties already have guys tripping over themselves in their presence in real life, they're self-confident enough that they already assume all their pics are hot.
