Hey guys, I haven't posted here in a while, but saw this thread, and have been to Germany dozens of times, so I think I can add something here...

Basically you have two types of German girls...
The majority, which for lack of a better term are just plain gross.
Then The minority (maybe 35%) which are attractive, thin, and have nice feminine Euro style.

The difficulty with the hot ones is that they are impossible to read. When you first meet them, you will probably think, "wow this bitch hates me." But an hour or two later she could totally surprise you by making out with you in the club.
A lot of these girls have huge bitch shields up all the time (which is typical for Western Euro) yet are often surprisingly DTF.

The trick seems to be in playing very sarcastic game. Most German girls will quickly pick up on it. Also, these chicks will NOT come across as sweet. The IOI's are extremely subtle and she will try to hide them.

While it's not easy, if you can crack the code, Germany offers WAY more feminine 7's, 8's, and 9's in a typical bar than you see in an American bar. Plus German girls tend to be very casual about one night stands.
And the nightlife in most German cities is an absolute rowdy blast anyway if you strike out (especially Hamburg)

Hey guys, I am thinking of going to Berlin for a year, digital nomad style, reasonable budget (2.5k eur month).

How feasible it would be to go there expecting to enjoy the culture, nightlife and gaming mostly expats, eastern Europeans and the large foreign female population, plus the occasional German? As I have researched, the population in Berlin is 50% not German anyway.

I also have Vienna on the list. For other experienced users, which would you prefer, Berlin or Vienna?

Thanks, Berlin is on my list due to the many things to do, perhaps it would be worth 2-3 months. I have read a lot about Prague/Budapest. I have also read a lot of posts her about Berlin/Vienna about forgetting the ethnic German women and focusing on niches: girls from the balkans, slavic and of course asiatic.

I agree with Atlant. With your budget I wouldn't even bother.

Germany is low ROI country. It is really going to depend on your game level and what you look like (white? height? blond?)

Berlin is an exception here but I heard that quality of girls is an issue and I didn't really see too many stunners when I was there too. I have only been there once so I can't say for sure.

Since moving to Hamburg about 6 weeks ago, I've been getting killed running daygame, even though I've over 2000 direct approaches under my belt, mostly garnered through gaming in east Germany. Although I had some luck in my first 10 approaches here, bagging a date with a half-Portuguese cutie who's still texting me, the native German girls have been extremely tough nuts to crack, even the ones 30 plus. Might have something to do with my age (I'm 44 and some girls say I look older still), with women being extremely reluctant here to be seen dating an older guy. Or it could be fact that I'm not tall and well-built (there are tons of tall, young, jacked German guys for the local talent to choose from), but whatever the reason, I'm having a much tougher time of it than I did in Leipzig in eastern Germany, where I was easily able to get a couple of reliable number closes for roughly every 10 approaches.

If you're thinking about coming to Germany, especially to northern Germany, solely for the women, you need your head examining. Germany is a country worth coming to for other reasons, but the women wouldn't be among them for me. Having said that, I've noticed that many of the older women in Hamburg do age quite well, so if GILF hunting is your bag, then northern Germany might not disappoint after all.

My impression is that your game doesn't have to be great in Germany, because German guys aren't approaching anyway, so it's like there's no competition anyway.

Berlin just has its very own style and can't be compared to any other German or European city. However, I don't think it's a great place to meet women via nightlife. The clubs are very dark, the music is really loud, people are extremely wasted or on drugs, electronic music is pumping, thus there isn't really anything sexy about clubbing over there. But the party experience itself is awesome, if you can just relax and enjoy that kind of setting.

Daygame seems like a more viable option over there in terms of meeting chicks.

I've already knocked out around 80 approaches around Hamburg since arriving about a month ago and the results have been worse than even in the UK. Whether it's the culture, the bad ratios, the male competition here (guys are jacked and tall and mostly doing well financially) - I'm not sure - it's hard as hell and I'm already very depressed at my lack of options. Sorry to piss on anybody's parade, just my two penneth worth as somebody who's actually got boots on the ground here.

How is online game working for you? A popular app in Germany is Lovoo, I picked a girl from it when I was working in Lower Saxony.
I was in a city where people are famous for being rude and having a provincial mentality, that was worse than Hamburg for daygame, I stayed there solely for work and I can tell you when leaving that city I was happy as if I was leaving prison.
