Tallinn has a huge population of Estonian Russians. Estonians do not get married that much. Russians still will have a higher percentage of marriages than Estonian-Estonians. But there are a lot of single mothers in Estonia. Their culture does not put a lot of emphasis on being married so much, with the younger generation. Estonia, overall is still vuagely a bit more traditional. The women want relationships. Will be independant, but still want to get pregnant and cook for their men. But not expect to get married. Just be in a relationship. Then after awhile, they break up. So, a lot of unmarried mothers.
The culture in Tallinn is different than the rest of the country, because of tourism. And hipster style nightlife is taking over Tallinn. Tallinn is not like it was a few years ago. It was a little more gritty, when you walked outside of Old Town. Old women sold shoes on the sidewalk. Old Russian men would sit around and play accordians and be drunk. There were a lot of shitty abandonded buildings, factories and ghetto houses from 100 years ago. And it was easier to fuck Estonian women. Because they wanted to leave.
But now, their income levels have raised just barely enough, that the women will want to stay. Travel a bit when they are younger. The men still go to other countries and work. But the younger people are buying old houses in their little towns and fixing them up. The women stay home and pop out babies and the men go work on ships or get hired in Finland and Germany to be truck drivers.
The ability to get pussy in Tallinn is still there. Tallinn is like a US college town, but in a midevil gothic themed aquarium. The travel industry attracts a certain kind of people. And the younger people in Tallinn Old Town are more hipsterish.

Viljandi is somewhere I have heard of and met locals from. It is kind of set in a hilly location. The Old Town has been fixed up too. It is kind off the map. So Estonians kind of go there for mini vacations. There is no presense of any one going there and trying to do pick up.
Parnu is the summer capital for Estonians to go to. It is on the beach. Last year was a little colder, and I was only there two nights and stayed with my friends and their two children in a hostel. So, that was me just trying to observe. There is potential in Parnu. That is the town that people go to, to have their summer beach holidays. So, common deductive reasoning says that is the place to go to in the very first week or two in July. Find a place near the beach. Walk around and meet pussy. It is the beach tourist destination. They also had all of the 18-20 year old girls wearing bootie shorts, selling ice cream. And made me want to bend them over the ice cream chest and pump my load in them. :')

Only gym I have been to is Reval. They have almost everything you need there. But you might be able to find cheaper places.

After 1 week in Tallinn, here are my observations:
- English: Girls either speak great English or none whatsoever, All estonian girls speak English and the only ones that don't are russians. You will meet non-English speakers 1 out of 10 opens. Also from 3-8pm old town and the mall is jailbait central, every other girl you open is 15-17.
- Logistics: the place is small. Anywhere in old town is about a 5 minute walk to the clubs and 10 minute walk to the main mall Viru Keskus.
- Girls: they are very nice, and every single one will stop on a street approach, there are no harsh blowouts. But they are also busy and flakey, maybe because it's exam season right now, even solid interactions end up going radio silent. A lot of them have boyfriends, some will tell you right away, or even just say straight up they don't like you even though they are single, but maybe 20% of the time they like the attention and will stand there for a good 10 minutes before dropping the B-Bomb, or sometimes they give the number and do it over text when you try to set the date.
- Game: day game pulls can be done if you have assertive nice guy vibe, but doesn't happen very often, most times just have to settle for number. Night game is harder to crack solo, the cockblocks come swift and without mercy. You can do night street approaches like roosh wrote in his book, and they will always stop, but getting a venue change is not quite as easy.
Overall it's hard to get any sort of consistent pipeline, I banged 2 in 1 week so far. One club pull from Hollywood, one street pull from near the mall. Both felt like flukes though because I got lucky in one aspect or another.

I'll add on to the cockblock situation, they come hard and fast and out of nowhere. After parting ways with Beruit I saw 2 young cuties right in front of my door so how could I not approach. After vibing a bit it turns out they are sisters, so my hope of pulling a 3some was dashed, but one of them seem to be into me so I tried to sneak in a number close while her sister was walking ahead to get cigarettes. Tallinn girls in clubs are not especially easy in my opinion, but when I compare it to other places in Europe, it seems much better. Kiev clubs are hard to get ONS especially when you don't speak Russian, and it's invaded by turks. France is a sausage fest in clubs, invaded by aggressive arabs with 3:1 ratios. Never been to places like Krakow, Prague and Budapest) but I've heard it's invaded by foreigner guys.
So Tallinn girls are not easy but at least we get decent ratios in our favor. Maybe 40% girls in Hollywood. Passive cockblocking is really annoying here though. The only weird time I saw some one try to shoe horn in on me was I was shooting the bow and arrows at a targert one time with the girl that dressss in midevil clothes and runs that little stand.
