Brit in america

Mid 20's British guy hitting the states solo for a week this month.

I understand it's spring break so I'm looking for recommendations of where to go. Fortunately I have a very good BBC accent so I'm looking for somewhere to best utilise this.

Fire away...

Austin Texas is a good place, I'll try the second tier cities rather than the big ones. New York, Los Angeles, Miami did nothing for me.

For spring break nothing beats Panama City, Florida. Not US but you can go to the Bahamas, Jamaica, or Cancun. But beware going to a typical spring break spot offers you nothing other than binge drinking college people.

Other cities / rest of country don't care or don't know that it's spring break.

If I were I would go to New York City for a week. Combine exploring NYC culture by walking around with going out at night or day game while exploring. Lots of museums, world class restaurants, shopping, and never ending supply of interesting people.

It's a large country....hard to decide you need to give us a bit more for what you're looking for. I second going to Texas.

What are you looking for exactly? If it's a place to get laid, then an English accent is a pretty big plus just about anywhere in the States, even in multi cultural areas.

Baltimore is okay, especially if you know where to go. The rest of those places are shitholes, as far as I have seen.

What's wrong with South Beach?

He said he has been to Miami so I assumed South Beach and Downtown. Still perfectly fine places but if he wants something new Miami has a lot on offer.
