I'm in New York at the moment and I get an email which lists people that are currently looking for hosts through CS. If you read a persons request you can see if they have any couch offers.

I just had a look today and out of ten people there were two attractive girls and they both had 3+ offers, all the rest had zero and look at what one of the girls is asking for:

"I will be vising NYC from Nov 15th to Dec 8th. I work from home, on the internet (run an IT company), so I'll need access to reliable wi-fi from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. And a quiet place for me to make/receive business calls. Access to a fridge and oven would be nice."

She's asking for over 3 weeks free rent in NYC so she can set up her office whereas some dude who just wants a night or two is shit out of luck.

Neil, I am all for using CS but my hit rate has been pretty low. Mind you, I have only really used it in South America. In Europe and Asia it might be different.
I have hosted twice and been to many drink meetings, but never requested being hosted. Maybe the CS girls can tell I am a creep looking to bang them lol.

I had once a similar problem with a white knight who started stalking me with messages in which he told me he thought that in my profile there were too many (young) girls' references, so he assumed I used cs for banging, hence in his opinion I should have changed my attitude or leave the program (of course I laughed at him).
The problem of these people is that they don't even worry about reading the official guidelines of CS, in which is clearly stated that cs has to be used "for cultural exchanges and fun". I guess making love is fun. Isn't it?
Last year I read on the group forum of a medium-size town in northern Germany about a "only girls" meeting where they were gonna share their *experience about how to use dildos*. I guess if someone had dared to say that all this was disgusting (which actually I think it might have been, seen the pics of the girls who were gonna join the even) the girls would for sure have had tons of "cultural" justification about the thing.

Although this had me rolling in laughter, I do let things like this slide on occasion - because guess what - when you get a positive reference from a hot CS chick, regardless of whether she "used you", it does build up rapport for future chicks that swing by for some D.

Thats why I purposefully befriend the hottest chicks in the CS community (or surf with them) just for the rapport. It pays off - over the winter I got *invited* by a couple decent chicks to surf with them in [deleted], and simultaneously got a request from a smoking hot Korean chick (too bad I wasn't around )

I always and only do couchsurfing (surfing, hosting and meeting up) with attractive and young chicks. No exceptions. And the reason is, if you meet a girl you don't like, she immediatly understands it, and she, as long as has the power to do it, will treat you like shit. It's always like that, at least in my experience. I had once a girl who went mad at me treating to kick me out from her house and ditching me in the middle of nowhere (it was in a small town in California) because I wasn't flirting with her (this girl started our acquietance putting a banana between my legs and asking me if I acted in porno movies).
