Portuguese people are short so anything above 5'10 would be tall. I would not go to Portugal just for the women (especially if you want one night stands) but overall it is a great place and the women are more than acceptable by my standards.

I've done Lisbon recently, and found many girls willing to mingle everywhere (on the metro/at tourist sites/in cafes/clubs/rooftop bars). My standards may be different than Rocha's but just because I've had good experiences where other guys have had bad experiences does not mean my standards suck. I never said Portuguese women are the hottest women in the world. In my experience, they are on average better looking than the women in the Anglosphere and for me they have usually been pretty cool and sexual within a reasonable time-frame (2-4 meets). The women certainly don't ruin Portugal which is an all around awesome place.

Also for the younger guys out there, your own standards are all that matters, it really doesn't matter what Rocha or anyone else thinks. Enjoy the women you enjoy

6' feet is not considered tall in Portugal. I would say it's above average for the entire population but considering the youngsters it's not tall. I'm 6 feet tall and all my friends are my height or taller. In Portugal considering the range 18-30, only above 6'1'' or more is considered a tall guy. So definitely 5'10 is not a tall dude.

I am 5"8 and I am short. 5"10 for sure not tall. This is not the Phillipines.

I am 6'2. It seems like I am very tall in Portugal but the average height is actually 5'8.

@Mr.Carry, I speak for myself, I love Brazilians, one of my best mates is from Rio, I have been in Salvador twice and I am going to Carnival this year in MG, and I usually hang out with a bunch of Brazilian people here in Lisbon and Porto.

And also here I have to disagree with my buddy goncalo999, most Portuguese guys only stare at girls, or only approach when stupid drunk. 1 or 2 guys in 100 are the exception.

Yep, I agree with Rocha. Here, guys tend to be in groups eyefucking the girls and saying things like "I'd totally do her brah" or "dat ass". They never approach and just drink till they're so wasted that they think it's the best time to approach her when they can't even pronounce words.
Of course, it's the other way around. Girls also would never approach the guys

They might not be as warm as latinas but those two photos are not representative of what I saw and I cant fault the attractiveness of Portugal`s women.

I have nice features, but my main disadvantage is that I'm not that big of a guy.
I would say I have decent social skills too.

In the bigger cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Porto, Valencia, Malaga...) there is plenty of foreign women to game. The locals can be pretty cliquey as mentioned countless times in this thread. In the smaller cities you can have the exotic factor on your favor, and people in general are more warming and welcoming, both of these I think are common traits of Spain and Portugal. So, I would say that by your description there is no apparent reason for failure around here.

But seriously, why are Portuguese girls so ugly? I always thought Italian girls are ugly until I got to see Portuguese girls.

I would say that there is good looking Portuguese women in those places. But I agree that in general they are nothing to brag about. Something above a 7.5 is a rare sight on a Portuguese girl. Though Portuguese can be quite pretty and hot when young, till around 21...then most of the times something happens along the way with many.specially from low status background.

I went to Braga years ago, on the way we also visited Lisbon too. I also have seen a lot of Portuegese girls in Spain and New York too. I mean, I don't like Italian girls at all too but Portuguese girls were even more terrible.

Ratio is like maybe %5 ok-looking in every 100 girls for me.
