I chose Pride male because nothing encapsulates power and virility like a full grown lion surrounded by his lionesses and cubs.

Don't debate me.

Was a fan of infowars. The Alex Jones news site. Was sucked into conspiracies when I was year 10 in high school.

Chevalier De Seingalt was a name that Casanova invented and used for himself.

I was reading his memoirs around the time I found the forum. One of the more entertaining things I've ever read.

I chose the sample name from the fastmail website they had in an image in the background. I really liked the forum rules and guidelines about using a pseudonym and this seemed like an obvious choice.

Although I am unsure if the story is true or not, Ivan Sirko was a true shitlord.

I was playing Entanglement, a relaxing mini-game where you plot your way through an area in the longest fashion possible.

After the game is done, you are offered to enter your high-score nickname as a combination of two adjectives and one noun. Since I had great fun with that game, I have gotten to like that name format and have been using it ever since.

Guess which high score is me:

When Roosh came to Toronto he turned PC culture into a pretzel by claiming that their hatred against him was islamophobia, so I wanted to be seen as one of a growing number of angry young muslim men rallying around behind him in Canada claiming racism. That would strike fear into anyone.

My original name aside. The historical Comte sort of represents my ideal. He was a nobody and nobody knew where he came from, but he was remembered for all eternity as he associated himself with some of the most powerful men in the world/influenced them.

That's just sort of my ideal. I disappear in and out of people's lives always with the expectation I'll see them again another day. I may or may not and odds are I'll just be another foot print in the sand forever walking all over the world on his own until I die. Or at best another observer of our time period writing about some great history that will come to pass.

I always thought as a kid I'll achieve something great that'll win me a spot in history, but I realized that will never happen. Though maybe just maybe I'll leave a great enough impact on someone though that either they'll achieve greatness, pass on some/all of my ideals so that someone much further down can achieve greatness, or that I'll leave such an impact on someone that they'll write about me and I'll be remembered for time immemorial. Hopefully all three.

That's just my 2 cents on why I like and chose this name.

I was an Air Traffic Controller in a former life. We use "Operator Initials" to identify ourselves. Mine were GX. Co-workers started calling me "Gixxy". Caught on w friends.

Only yesterday while I was working, something reminded me of "H wuz here" and how everybody misinterpreted it. Strange how people see things differently.

I've explained in another thread that my name came from a box of Tek Screws and I thought it was funny. One day I'll get Gold membership and change it though, I didn't realise at the time there was a "Tex", a "Tex Pro" and a "Texas" active on the forum.

I simply used my full initials, with the last letter of my surname at the end.

The last message board I was really active on was a WW2 research forum that strongly encouraged you to go by your real name, and that habit stuck.

Doing so on a game forum turned out not to be the best idea, especially in light of all our less than savoury PR, I guess I might change mine eventually.

I've had a few concussions. Brain damage from them? I could not come up with anything better that would be appropriate.

Bingo

Well technically he died, but certain people believe he is/was an immortal being.

Variety is the spice of life. Women, ideals, opinions, and otherwise.

Thersites was commoner solider in the Trojon Wars that actual called out Agamemnon for the mess he created when no else did. He said what everyone was thinking. As Achilles and many other men died during the war will reflect upon the utter by Thersites and deem in him right at the end. As for history deem him a dimwit and deformed man for calling out Agamemnon's follies.

EL FLACO, because I live in a Spanish-speaking country.

FLACO = skinny, like me. It's also the nickname/apodo of a drug kingpin/ narco but that wasn't on my mind when I chose it.

MY AVATAR is from a Mexican candy called Paleta Payaso (lollipop clown). I've never tried one.

Here's an ironic unboxing video of Paleta Payaso in Spanish (not me). For anyone curious about Mexican Spanish, this is a textbook example of how Mexicans actually speak in social situations, a far cry from what you'll hear in Spanish class.
