@Teedub

Thank you. Bodi is hilarious. It needed to be said.

I don't mind his content, attitude towards the "hustle" as he puts it... and overall demeanour.

Roosh has veered away from the game stuff in recent years, as far as guys on YouTube go Tom is the only "PUA" guy I'm subscribed to unironically.

Would I buy his product over Roosh's? Nah. Roosh has by far the best "bang for buck" products in Bang and Day Bang on the market. If you want to pay for a pickup product, buy his. He's an extremely engaging writer and sells his products not as "products" but as books at book prices.

The "London Daygame Model" is interesting, but I'd never personally use it. 80% of my game is all online/ texting/ dates these days with a little bit of night thrown in there. Daygame is hard work, a massive numbers game... and to be fair you're just better off finding other mates who are good at it to show you the ropes.

I met a guy in another city who I'd go out with to shops or lunch or whatever for months where he'd daygame during the day. Just part of his daily routine. I'd be in the grocery store and he'd be hitting on some chick buying cereal. No bullshit openers, he'd just tell them they're pretty and ask them their insta. He's banged about 100 chicks from daygame alone.

Finding guys like that is 100% better than paying for any "daygame" product.

Hell of a lot easier said than done I'm afraid. A lot of the guys who pay for products and bootcamps would just never be in a situation to meet people like that.

Bootcamps are a waste, coaching as a one on one off thing to get critiqued and motivated can be useful, just don't pay too much for it

@Teedub: I've read most of Daygame Infinite. It actually does contain quite a bit of valuable non-fluff content that's not in Daygame Mastery. I'll post about that when I have the time.

That being said, I highly recommend that anyone here put more stock into grizzled veterans like Torero/Krauser than those who seemingly navel-gaze and mindwank to a fault, which might be a problem Bodi has. I haven't read Death by a Thousand Sluts yet, but it does sound like a great read in terms of literary value, and at the same time I'd do my best to keep myself a total 180 from the negative woe-is-me sentiments it probably contains.

I have been watching Tom's videos for a few years now.

I'll start by answering the question at hand. I believe both daygame models have a place in your arsenal. Between the two I would personally choose the more direct approach. So in that sense I prefer Tom. However...

The front "Yad" stop is not something that I see myself performing. I can see that it's effective, obviously, since you physically stand in front of the girl. It may be the AA together with the spotlight effect, but for me it feels a bit unnatural. I don't find it particularly smooth. And I don't think it's necessary to front-stop a girl all the time. But yes, if getting her to give you her full attention in that moment is the question, then it's definitely the most effective.

Another thing that I do not like is the "You look nice" comment. I'm using it myself sometimes, it's practical, shows intent but I find it weak. To be fair he doesn't use it all the time though.

On the plus side, the rest of the interaction I find extremely cool and fun. He is really good at banter, he has many spot-on concepts, he responds well to shit tests. Great teaching skills, gets his message across and he pressures you to hold yourself accountable. I feel like I'm in a classroom when watching his material. I agree with his attitude towards women, i.e. being playful and treating them like kids when it comes to flirting. And most of all I love that he does not whine or complain about girls liking X type of guy, them only wanting looks, or money or status or whatever. He's a straight up hustler, going out there to get what he can.

When it comes to his Game structure, there's really not so much that is new compared to the Mystery Method. Torero himself credits Mystery for a lot of what he does, and kudos to him for doing that. The main differences I see is that LDM is focused on the girl with observational comments and assumption stacking while MM uses more DHV and storytelling.

When it's all said and done, I believe we all choose to apply the principles that reasonate more with our image of ourselves. Yes, you study what others do and then tailor it to your own needs and desires.

For me, I believe Todd, former RSD, has the style I can relate to the most. He made an "opening" series on YT talking about the 3 different types of opening. I highly recommend you look it up. It shows you how flexible you can be with it.

If it won't matter in 30 years, it doesn't matter now.
