I really don't get the objection to posting examples of fictional characters.
Masculinity and femininity are concepts. They go at least as far back as the epic of Gilgamesh. Before you know what to aspire to be or to mate with, you have to have some abstract notion of the concept and that's where these archetypes come from.
I agree that Grease is a tragedy as far as it suggesting that the path to enlightenment is becoming a slut. At the same time, the ideal of femininity is wrapped up in its fragility. You pluck a flower at just the right time and show her the birds and the bees, so to speak. That's why so many songs are about that sort of topic and are now (in a 21st century SJW concept) seen as "creepy" or pedophilic.

This is why so many topics here talk about women being "damaged" when they get beyond a certain (i.e. low) notch-count. Femininity is sort of like a vinyl record that you wear out with the stylus. Sure, it will still play, but it just isn't the same.
Femininity therefore represents a sort of naive optimism or idealism about life, and that energy is really damn attractive (hence Giselle happily cleaning a bachelor pad with 'vermin'.). Life experience squeezes that out of everyone over time. It's rare to find an older woman who still exhibits that upbeat perky attitude. That's why I mentioned Marisa Tomei in Spiderman as a wall survivor, not just because she still looks good (lots of sluts look good) but that for whatever reason she's avoided developing the 1,000 cock stare.
