Eat 5 eggs a day and you'll be good. As long as you exercise your body will manage the cholesterol just fine.

Hey guys I've never been to SA and since I have several weeks off and I'm thinking of heading to Colombia/Brazil/maybe Argentina and/or Lima, from what I gather it seems Bogota is the place to be in Colombia. Innuendo/others, you be down to meet up?

Only thing I'm worried about is the crime, between there and Brazil... I really don't want to have all my crap jacked or worse. Any advice people can give on this would be appreciated.

Also anyone know about travel between there and Brazil? I'd like to hit Rio especially w/Carnaval coming up, but flights from there to Rio seem very unreasonable ($1k+ for one way), at least on Skyscanner, so not sure whether there's some insider info I'm missing or I'd just have to bite the bullet.

I go to Bogotá once a month for work reasons. I wear BOSS suits in fucking downtown and the southern part. Don´t be stupid and everything will be OK.

Colombian guys are generally pretty cool, most seem to have an adundance mentality when it comes to women and aren't big cockblockers. That being said, while out partying in clubs its best to respect people's boundaries and not openly hit on a table's women without meeting the guys first (Colombians often go out in groups and sit and tables at clubs). There's been many times when Colombian guys have offered me and other Gringo buddies drinks and introduced us to their women, especially in places where few Gringos go.

This is a tough question to answer......I have been here a handful of years and I have a few Colombian acquaintances/party amigos and a handful of solid Colombian friends usually made through my work, or connected to another friend. I find the stronger ties I have to a Colombian amigo depends on if he has ties to the USA or Europe, or has experienced Western Culture.

I agree with Scoatian most Colombian guys are chill and will introduce you to their amigas/or primas....or try to get you to drink shitty Aguardiente with them in the club as some right of passage into Colombia....as long as your not a douchebag trying to hit on every piece of ass in the bar/club they are warm and friendly and are glad you are here experiencing there Country firsthand.

The other side of the Colombian amigo is they usually look at the Gringo as the one who should pick up the tab/bill. I have had many experiences where Colombian guys will walkout or totally neglect paying there part of a tab. I have called certain guys out on this and it's interesting to see them squirm or try to come up with some irrational reason why they don't owe there part of the bill.

Overall, though I have found a very large percentage of Colombian guys to be extremely cool, chill, and non-aggressive. If you ask me they are professional partiers, and not loud mouth clowns trying to one up you or be the big man attitude you see so much with Thirsty American men.

I truly believe this has a lot to do with there being such a large percentage of attractive and available women in this country......dudes are to busy fucking, or not overly concerned about where there next lay is gonna come from.....partying, women, dancing it's all part of enjoying life and not to be taken so seriously....

I've found Colombian guys in general to be pretty good and even try and set you up with their friends etc.

Hey man, i got a lot of experience with nofap. (Did 9 months celibacy at one point)
Theories still differ, and as far as how the brain works, neurology and whatnot, libido is one of the most difficult aspects to comprehend.
In my opinion, the main thing to do is not overthink things. Too much thinking brings libido issues.
Apart from that, there are two schools of thought.
1. You go full nofap and you do the full healing route. Might take months. Some even go close to a year and say they dont get better. Which brings me to:
2. Use it or lose it. I try to not go more than 3-4 days without sex now, that keeps my libido going. More than a week and it feels like im moving into full nofap effects where the libido shuts down to heal (or so goes the theory)
You can have too much sex (too many orgasms), but that line is probably highly invividual.
Actually, everything about libido is highly individual, because we all have different experiences and habits with porn, sex and masturbation.
In fact, some view things like online dating as porn, because it stimulates the same reward centres in the brain. Because, the brain dont know what porn is, it just knows how to get what you are addicted to (dopamine, dopamine, dopamine, and other juicy chemicals).
It is fucking hard to get a proper grip on nofap.

Your brain might be unbalanced, but as far as healing goes, nothing beats rewiring with women. If you already had tons of that, you really should be good.
