Yeah deportations put some of those Jumanjis in a fucked up predicament but some end up flourishing. Those guys with the hip hop barber shop over by 14 and 53 were deported from NY weren't they?

^Yup there's a few of those shops around now, they learn their barbering skills in prison then open shops in Bogota. My friend Luis from NYC just opened a new shop called "Liberty Barber Shop" its at Carrera 14 A. #59-57, one block west of Caracas, head west on calle 60 though because the other side streets south are full of crack heads. If any of you need a good hair cut check it out, he's a very cool guy and can hook you up with whatever you need, I took him with me to get my custom suits made for example to make sure nothing was lost in translation. He can link you up with other bilingual guys if you want locals to go party in the somewhat dodgy areas of Bogota (Primero de Mayo, Santa Fe, etc), just buy them a few beers and pay for their taxi, money well spent.

Scotian, if you don't mind saying I'm curious on the price range you paid for the suits in Pesos.

They were 350.000 pesos each if I remember correctly, that was three years ago so may be a bit more now, I had the highest quality Chilean wool but there are cheaper fabrics to choose from. They say that Bogota is an excellent place to have suits made because its a colder climate as opposed to having one made somewhere like Thailand or Vietnam where they may not have fabrics that are good for cold weather. I went to Guillermo Ortiz in centro (http://vgo.com.co/), he was recommended by a friend, my suits were well done and Linux had some really great ones made there. My advice is to really know exactly what you're looking for as far as the tailoring of your suit goes, if you want stylish cuts, then do some research online before.

That's a pretty good price, probably not too much more than it would cost in Vietnam, although I kind of wanted an excuse to go to SEA for the first time before going back to Colombia.

Even if the price has gone up it should still be around $200 CAD and that's a great price if you say the wool is of good quality.

I paid around 750.000 COP per suit last summer. One was a bit more, one a bit less, depending on the fabric. Gringo price? Maybe, I don't really care, as I am very happy with the quality and style.

A shirt was 120.000 COP, also very happy with the cut and quality.

If the guy with the mustache asks, how you know about his shop, tell him from the internet. He will be really surprised [Image: biggrin.gif]

How long was the turn around time on the suits Scotian? I got a jacket and some shirts made in Vietnam and they were more expensive (Saigon isn't cheap like HoiAn). I paid $175 for a jacket and $35 each for dress shirts.

Mr Remi, you're right the price is around 700,000, I got confused and though it was 350.000, I think 700.000 was about $350 back then, that's what tripped me up, the exchange rate is much better now. I think it took about 4-5 days for my two suits and three dress shirts to be made.

Suits take 7 days. Shirts take 4. Pants take 4.

Shirts 130-170 mil
Suits 500-900 mill

Polyester is cheap and offers many colors.
The fancy merino wool is expensive

If you want it sooner , money talks.

Date 13 with LMR girl, back to town after NYE, no LMR this time, sex + Simpsons in Spanish + Arepas that she cooked. I'm falling in love.
My sex drive is quite low since starting Nofap or because I have 1 new girl every other day hm, I'm sick but will have a girl over tonight before heading to gringo Tuesday.
Went to the Existos yesterday at peak hour to see the quality overall, quite disatisfied [Image: confused.gif] ...

Sweet dates, no new girl for the moment, I can't find my type of girls in Chapinero [Image: confused.gif], done my first daygame approach in Bogota, the number is not solid though, whatever.
Any tips about daygame or nightgame where girls have huge racks [Image: biggrin.gif]?
Soon I will have 5 days for only gaming and going out so I will need a plan.
Is it a good idea to go out with a girl you fuck to meet other people in the neighbourhood (social circle) or that can create drama?

I'm in Medellin for a couple of days, apparently the city is packed now as the hotel I've stayed at 20+ times over the past four years was booked solid, as were most of them near it. I'm going to hit up Lleras later, let me know if any of you are interested in meeting up for drinks around 8.

You should check out that salsa club me and newgame took our girls too. I had a great time there slamming patron. Lots of women, I'm not sure if we went on Thursday or Friday. I am thinking it was a Friday.

I didn't notice that many girls with big tits in Bogota, I was disappointed. Apparently that's more of a Paisa thing (girls from Medellin and the surrounding area)

I don't know what your style or budget is but try hitting up some clubs in Zona Rosa. I went to 11-11 (club), every girl there was a 7 or better and the night I went there it seemed like most girls were 18-21.

I think one thing about Colombia is that, if you take the top 5 or 10% of girls in a club or bar, I bet a lot of top tier western countries would beat it. The thing I found is that the average quality in Colombia is much higher. You don't see the fat girls or the token fat friends.

I'm 26.(it is supposed to get easier with age)
First one was 25, second 21, third 31 and New Year's present was 22-23 (her birthday was on the 1st of january [Image: biggrin.gif]).
Every time that I go for 18, I find them flaky and immature so my range is 20-30.
My screening is 1.How hot, 2.How cool, 3.How much effort.
I had other beauties asking me to travel 40 min to meet them, hmm thanks but not for the moment.
Now I'm going to slow down, find a good cheap gym(with hot girls [Image: biggrin.gif]), get some work done and discover more of Bogota maybe daygame Zona T but more attracted to the malls.
Chapinero seems chaotic for daygame.
All the girls that I slept with were girlfriend material which is great.
Will see Gringo Tuesday when the talent comes back from holidays.
For pipelining, I start older to calibrate then get to the 18-22.

Bruh, if you met her on CC, LAC, or Tinder in Bogota - she probably not girlfriend material. With online girls in Bogota (as many on this forum have found out firsthand) - sharing is caring.

Not hating on your chicks - just fyi...

PS: check out manager gym

Great advice, good gym and cheap although there are not a lot of hot girls [Image: tongue.gif].
Going to hit la Zona T to see if it's daygame potential, it seems more fun than supermercado game [Image: smile.gif].

My friend and I Arrived in Medellin yesterday, Hit up an old Paisa Amiga and her friend....both solid girls with great jobs and backgrounds. They made reservations at a restraunt above Lleras, (decent place) upon entering we all were amazed at the gringo hipster invasion. Dudes in t-shirts, shorts, trucker caps, and loud mouthed gringas and euro travelers. It was interesting hearing our dates perspectives on these travelers and them asking us "why they want to look dirty" and "look poor". My friend and I both were shocked at the amount of thirsty looking dudes in Lleras, maybe it's just an influx of holiday travelers coupled with the exodus of local Paisas to the coast or other destinations but it was amazing. As we walked around Lleras after dinner we played a game with the girls to count how many foreigner stared up and down at them. Don't get me wrong I think Medellin is a great city and this is only one small pocket but I have not ever experienced this in Bogota, a restraunt where foreigners out number Colombians and the condensed amount of backpacker hipsters in one spot.....Scotian I will send you a PM

Sloppily dressed young hipster foreigners is literally a step up from the status quo of middle aged coke abusing hooker mongers. Even back in '09-'11 places like Lleras had its moments of relatively high foreigner presence, at least by Colombia standards. There are multiple hostels a few blocks from Lleras and they often move in large packs that can take over a restaurant or bar and throw off your gringo saturation radar.

Foreigners aren't ever going to flock to Bogota for long term stays or retirement because the nice areas aren't that cheap and the weather/aesthetics aren't as good as other cities. They're not exactly unicorns in Bogota though, especially in places like Zona Rosa. A lot of gringos are there for a few days since its a travel hub. If you posted up in a cheap restaurant near some hostels in Candeleria you'd probably experience a similar situation on occasion.

^Yup and you can add barrio San Antonio in Cali to that list but that's a good place for them, its all old antiguo style buildings on a hill and upper class Colombians don't go there anyway. Lleras drives me nuts, its not so much the sloppy backpackers and trashy hookers as the terrible service and over priced food and drinks at the restaurants. We left two places last night because the service was shit and the music was way too loud.

Just thinking out loud here, but maybe if a few of them ended up with Colombian neckties they would go back home? [Image: angel.gif]

Shouldn't you guys be in Rio Sur at Cinco? Most of the Colombians have left lleras (parque ordinario they call it) for other spots.

Why I am not a big fan of Medellin is also the gringo saturation, it puts more effort and I am definitely not into effort for the moment but I'll definitely take a break to visit Medellin and see if it's worth the drama girls.
Got 1 new easy lay, amazing fat ass and tits for once! (first gringo hunter ahah cool girl , told me she likes threesome and wants to bring me to a swinger club, I told her that I prefer to hunt in a normal club, it's more interesting than the low swinger quality).
Got a new girl tomorrow, gym in the morning (any tips on buying whey in a tienda or online? In Europe I used Prozis), going to try to hit up zona T for daygame in the afternoon depending of the hour of my date.

Don't mean to high jack this thread but I hope one of you can tell me if parque el virrey/Calle 87 is a good area? I just said fuck it and bought tickets to Bogota and on Airbnb there are not much options within my price range other than one apartment around this area.

I try to find Isolate (not the expensive gold) they tend to have low quality in supermarket [Image: confused.gif].

Girl from date 8 told me she wanted to cook together at my apto then she got weird today telling me she was with her friend and that I could come see them, sorry we had plans I'll see you next week maybe, maybe not, gym in the morning, starting to get my boner back.
Going to hit up some bars around my place in Chapinero where there are supposed to be people talking english.
