Theories still differ, and as far as how the brain works, neurology and whatnot, libido is one of the most difficult aspects to comprehend.
In my opinion, the main thing to do is not overthink things. Too much thinking brings libido issues.

Overall, rolas are easier to relate to, specially those who speak some English and are gringo groupies. But, Bogota is not the place to find the best Colombian women. And the best Colombian women are almost always 18 to 24.

Spent 10 days in Bogota. Very nice girls there. Very SANE compared to those flaky freaks in Medellin. Also, not many plastic titties in Bogota. I don't like plastic tits. The girls in Bogota are skinnier, whiter, funnier, cooler and more educated. And they have better jobs. All the girls I met in Medellin worked in bars or shops. So, Bogota girls rock. But on the other hand, Bogota is a big dirty shithole with graffiti everywhere and heaps of trash on the streets. The buses are ridiculously cramped and people aren't generally anywhere near as friendly as the rest of Colombia. I had to get out of there.

So, I spent 10 days in Villa de Leyva afterwards. A cool little town. And amazingly smoking hot girls for a small town. Now I'm in San Gil drinking my liver into a coma. Anyone in San Gil or Bucaramanga?

Well San Gil is hot as fuck right now. I had a great time, though. I crawled through cold water in Cow Cave which was a bit disconcerting at first since you're in a really small enclosure. Now my brand new tennies smell like death; but it was fun. Lots of hostel action there. I ate some of the dried ants just to do it but they were mostly just like cornnuts shaped like ants. After 8 days I got tired of sweating all night while trying to sleep, so I'm back in the mountains.

Has anyone been to Sogamosa? I've been walking all over this town today and can't find a bar or spot conducive to hanging out unless you like poolhalls with old men. I'm the only person at my hostel, and I think I'm the only gringo in the city. It seems laid back and the cooler weather is great, but I'm gonna get bored here fast I think.

Nice, ya San Gil is cool. I wonder if that was the same cave. The cave I was in had three different areas full of bats, the first group eat fruit, the second group insects and the last are blood suckers. The tour guide was some 15 year old with no radio, safety kit or any gear. Its over 1.5km long underground with multiple jumps in water pools. One is 6 meters high. Zero safety fucks given.

My cave was Cow Cave named so because 70 years ago a farmer lost a cow for several days and finally found it dead at the bottom where you enter. There's no practice area; to enter the cave you have to crawl into some very cold water for 50 meters with just your head sticking above and there's the rock ceiling just over your head. Then you have to swim a few meters completely submerged until you pop out again. Later there are some large rooms with stalagtites and a waterfall at the end. Then you have to turn around and go back out the same way. But yeah, at the beginning I was a bit in shock from the cold water and how small the space was. It's dark as fuck and you have a miner's light on your head. I wasn't terrified, but it was a bit spooky. There was only one part with bats at the first big room we came to.

But our guide was very professional and safety conscious. I did wonder at one point what happens when someone breaks an ankle. And it has to happen because it's muddy and slippery as shit on these huge rocks. I guess they have to get medics to come in and splint the break and then drag him out through these water tunnels. Crazy stuff.

I played tejo on Tuesday and lost two tejos entirely outside the fucking building. They were both on top of the neighbor's shed. Apparently I'm both very strong and have zero accuracy.
