I haven't run across any fake profiles the times I have used the site. The average quality of the talent has dropped off a bit in my normal area however.

I know an 18 year old girl in Sydney who does this and claims the same. She claims that some dude in his 40's who she "only has lunch and coffee with" pays her upwards of $50k a year for the pleasure of her company. There's a lesson in this. Someday, most of us are going to be 70-80 year old men. When you're that age, make sure your the one who still has the ladies lining up outside your building.
