I am in Bialystok Poland.

In the Middle of the city there is park with a small, free, zoo. Not too many animals, bears, reindeer, goats, representing the wild aspects of Poland. I hadn't been to a zoo in a long time, I was excited to go.

The big "stars" of the show, the animals I really wanted to see were the wolves. I love wolves. I watch videos on youtube and animal tv shows about wolves frequently.

Looking through the bars, I noticed these wolves had no life in their eyes. They were complete caged. I don't even think I have ever seen dogs act as timidly as these wolves and dogs have been bred to be subservient over thousands of years. I fall behind a few of my friends and run to catch up. The wolves start to run along side me in a playful manner. I start to leave and they wimper. Not even a trace of the potentially vicious killers they could be.

Society is becoming like domesticated wolves. Tonight I was asked to pee in a fucking bucket.

I am staying at a good friend's apartment in Bialstok. He used to work with me in Toronto. He used to be an Alpha male. He would approach hundreds of women each night. He has settled down and moved in with his pregnant wife. I have been permitted to sleep in the living room. However, between their bedroom and the living room is the bathroom. If I go to the bathroom I need to open the door, turn the light on, close the door, piss and flush. Being a small apartment, the noise could "wake up his pregnant wife" so I am forbidden to use the bathroom the rest of the night. I was told that I should piss in a bucket and dump it in the toilet the next morning. I told my friend that I was not an animal and that I would not Pee in a bucket and I would hold it in. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy could help this man. He has re-wired the neurons in his brain so his view of his place in the world is distorted in a very negative direction.

It could take years to undo the damage, the negative thoughts "I'm a loser", "I'm no good", " I'm a failure", have been repeated in his mind so much that he believes them. His internal reality creates a self fulfilling prophecy of a loser, failure, no good reality. He needs to break that vicious negative inner game cycle. Replace the negatives with positives or at least neutrals. Start to re wire his neurons. Then outer game, as said in the post above, he needs to sort out his wardrobe. Lift weights, gain muscle. Achieve things in his life so he has something he has achieved to feel good about. Socialise as much as he can to develop those skills but with friends who don't put him down.

And as rejection is a big part of his pain and self fulfilling prophecy of negativity. He needs to not chase women for a while.

THEN, buy some books, come on this forum for game advice and start putting that knowledge into practise. He does not want to continue failing with women by desperately approaching them with poor game and lack of confidence. He needs to really not give a shit about what other people think.

I'm curious, if you walked into a room of 100 men, how many in there do you think would have a few years in the gym, killer style, good looks, the gift of gab, and an "alpha" mindset under their belts?

I'm a huge proponent of hitting the gym, but I can tell most guys don't really lift because they seem to think that lifting is this "just add water" proposition.

The gym doesn't work for everybody because everybody doesn't take the time to find out what they need to be doing and how they need to be doing it when they go; moreover, everyone doesn't have it in them to be consistent in doing what they need to do so that they really get results, and that's not even getting into what they need to be doing outside of the gym: nutrition, sleep, etc.

All of these boxes that guys think men need to check to be good at game, all have their share of difficulties, none of them are just hit a switch and there it is, that's why most people aren't getting it in as it is, it's actually pretty fuckin' difficult, like anything else that's unusual and leads to great results.

When I was really killing it in the gym, I was fucking with less women. For the rest, eating, digesting, lifting, you're gonna have to give something up. And that won't be your income source... so it will likely be socializing and some pussy, or fewer pussies.

It's a sacrifice. When you get to the level you've gone beyond getting a good base, and actually stacked on some noticeable muscle, you can drift back and forth between hard lifting and slamming twats. I try to do both the best I can, but there's other aspects to life besides looks, weights, and pussy that must not be ignored to be a balanced man.

The funny thing too is short guys blow the fuck up really, really quick. So there's no excuse for this guy. At 6'4" and an ectomorph, I practically have to kill myself, for a long, long time to make noticeable physical changes that stick. If I get away from lifting for more than a week, I start to shrink right back down. Most mesomorphs will never know that struggle.
