'Smack the Pony' from 1999 here in the UK was quite funny if I remember. Some of Victoria Wood's stuff I found amusing but not hilarious. But yeah, apart from that there really don't seem to be many funny ones because they haven't evolved to be. Amy Schumer isn't famous in the UK so I had to look at some Youtube clips to get an idea, and objectively she isn't funny at all. I don't know why you Americans tolerate it - it's like being the best of the worst is worthy of accolades. Same with Melissa McCarthy, who none of us would have ever heard of if she wasn't so obese.
