how can you compensate by having a big dick when women can't even see it and consider it when they disqualify you on the height issue? Do you even logic bro

its possible because if you really have a big dick girls will usually talk about that shit with their friends AND there's always dick pics.

These threads always evolve into same:

-Short dudes pretend they are tall dudes "who know a 5'3" player with 1000 notches"
-Tall dudes telling stories how their height alone made a girl lose their panties and spread her legs

Height matters, but the presence is more important. Are you the nervous skinny guy with pathetic body language and clothes that do not fit well. You lose whether you're short or tall. A short guy with good style, muscular body, fancy accessories, wits and high social energy will be always better than the average guy. To be on par with above average tall guys, you also need a pretty face and good proportions (don't be built like a pit bull, aim for shredded fitness model physique, think jeff seid or lazar angelov), both attainable in some time.

I've seen short skinny guys get all pissy because the girls were all getting wet for a nearby tall ripped dude. The dude was an embodiment of discipline and quality principles in life while the short dudes were asocial, greasy and skinnyfat. If you were a being that has to choose the best for yourself what would you choose, unkept gamer dude or ripped Apollo guy with goals?

I've also once encountered a horde of taller guys going out of some club cussing and swearing that it's full of gold digger whores. when I went inside, there were two guys, one with an expensive dslr fully pimped with L lenses and similar equipment and the other one was a short ripped dude in nice suit that ordered a bottle of nice wine (like $60-80 here) and had a good time. I know a lot of celebrities from my country and I didn't know who this dude was, but neither did shitload of girls glancing in his way thinking he's some kind of big shot. The dude probably just rented a camera and made his friend follow him with it. That's the presence I'm talking about. If you can't be noticed naturally, glow in the dark.

Surprisingly a lot of game denialism in this thread. Look, we all know height matters. But the degree to which it matters depends on the degree you choose to let it matter. In real life, girls don't walk around with a measuring stick. Similarly, it's not something they tend to focus on in isolation (online dating notwithstanding). Tuth does a good job of summarizing how women look at height in this post: http://www.rooshvforum.network/thread-5288-p...#pid70024.

Regarding the Twitter account the OP posted... Who cares? I thought part of swallowing the red pill was recognizing the discrepancy between what women say and what women actually do.

Anyway, if you're short, here's what you should do:
1. Get your style on point. Dressing sharp can only help, and I find that the "slim fit" look works well with short guys. It has a way of elongating the body, and making you appear taller than you actually are. For this though, you actually have to be slim, which brings me to #2.
2. Get lean and toned. I've found that this is the best body type for short guys. Getting too big will give you that "short and stocky" look, which won't make you look taller, but being ripped with good proportions will definitely help.
3. Wear shoes with a larger heel. All my shoes have at least a 1" heel, I feel like this is a no brainer.
4. Maintain good posture. Good posture makes you appear taller and more dominant. Strengthening your legs and core also helps with posture.

McQueen also has a good chapter in his Nightclub Bible book on "Short Guy Game" which I'd also recommend checking out.

I thought this discussion was solved? All game coaches always advice to approach a lot of girls. If you're short, you'll probably have to do more approaches, but you'll get there.

After all, short guys wouldn't exist if all girls didn't want them, some do. Otherwise the world would be populated by ever-taller giants.

Some can be convinced, some can't. So be it, that's life.

Height is one of several potential factors that can cause a guy to not get laid.

Given it's one of the only things a man cannot change it's frequently scapegoated as the sole factor in his failures when in reality if he had tight game/style/etc his height would ever only be brought up by bitter taller men who only have that to bitch about because they aren't as successful as he is in any facet of their lives.

Also, getting mad at some random bitches on a twitter page? Come on.

My guess is that a trait that is seen as alpha or beta by women is one that is seen as alpha or beta by men first, then women catch on. So my guess is that this height thing all stemmed from men who compared themselves to taller men and assumed they were greater than them just because the were taller, and the taller men who saw the shorter men feeling insecure about their height felt superior about their own height, and then the women noticed this and perceived taller men to be superior. Even I tend to get intimidated by those 6'1+ dudes, but I have to put it out of my mind.

I think that short men need to not care about height too much. I saw a taller guy try to cockblock a 5'3 ish guy hard by positioning his body in between him and the girl, short guy turns him around and gets in the tall guys personal space and holds his ground, tall guy backs away.

I think what el mech said was right, height threads like these come and go like a festivity sort of thing.

Perhaps it is because height is the number one insecurity men have dude to women being so vocal about it ..so threads like these help the newer members of the forum who are short to find some closure.

^ Don't agree with this. Women seem to instinctually care more.

As a practical matter in today's peaceful, technologically advanced society height is not very relevant and I think men's attitudes are in line with that. Women's minds on the other hand are stuck in the stone age.

Same way men like thin girls with big boobs, because girls who were thin with big boobs felt superior to girls with small boobs, and then men starter liking them better?

No. Its evolutionary psychology.

However in modern society one could argue that height does not really have an advantage any more.

I can confirm this is not the case.
While a 5'8 could lock down girls, a 6'4 guy barely has to work for it at all because he already has female attention. It's a status thing.

Not necessarily. If the shank is long enough it's just a matter of changing the angle. But I know I know... that's another thread

I recently came upon this article on Height Shaming and had to think of the thread:

Whats Up With All Of The Hate For Short Dudes?
http://ateyelevel.co/N-43/whats-up-with-...hort-dudes

Quote:Quote:

In the United States, the average height for men is 5’9 ½. Colloquially, one inch under this is considered short. 35% of men are under 5’8. This means for every nine guys you know, three of them may fall in the short category. These guys are relatives, professionals, role models... You get the idea. There has recently been a surge in slanderous messages targeting short men in both Social and Traditional media circles; commentary which if it were targeting other groups would be considered downright hateful. The stigma is so ubiquitous that it is inescapable by even the most successful of short guys, and they will tell you this. It is extremely common to hear the ambitious ones comically dismissed as overcompensating Napoleons and to come across social media posts saying things such as “Why do short guys even exist?”.

While the article covers a few fields as it tries to find reasons for the Heightism it finally concludes that the media is to blame.

Nah.

The media is always chipping in the lowest common denominator - plus currently it serves the feminine imperative and feminism completely.

The reason in my opinion for increased heightism are found in the fact that female desires, wants and brutal hypergamy are completely unfettered. Most women always preferred taller men (except for a few tall women who actually wanted shorter men because they encountered some difficulties in the sexual market place - women who are 6'1 or taller http://www.slightlyawkwardshelly.com/201...r-man.html)

However it is interesting to see it in numbers:

- average height in the US is 5'9 1/2
- on average taller men are viewed as more competent, more attractive, better all around (that is exacerbated as feminism and hypergamy are running wild)
- more taller men are found in positions of power like CEOs (though that is probably more connected to right pedigree and nutritious food, as within generations height can rise 3 inches with the right kind of nutritious, protein dense food during pregnancy and then in the first years of infancy)
- since attractive women get to pick in a deluded fashion they increasingly demand taller men as their birthright (even women as tall as 4'10 want guys around 5'10 or more)

The article tries to combine it with the campaign against fat-shaming, but of course fails since the comparative factor in women would be ugly-shaming and men don't make fun of ugly women, since it would be outright cruel. HOwever in our society of standardized misandry bashing men is fun - we will likely see this more and more in our society, also due to the act that the latest generations were getting taller:

Quote:Quote:

In 2013, twelve year old Joel Morales committed suicide by hanging himself after years of torment for being small and brainy. His parents had him switch schools, but the tormenting continued. After a meeting with the parents of the bullies, the offenders snuck into his housing project and pelted him with pipes and sticks. On May 29th 2013, he hung himself.

Older little ABC piece on the topic - in our current times it would be more hostile or would not air at all:

Commercials displaying misandry - again the equivalent would be a commercial making fun of ugly women.

But you guys put down good points anyway making it clear that disadvantages can be overcome. The environment is getting more hostile towards men on all fronts, so it is no surprise there. Short men without Game or super high DHVs like fame or wealth will get hammered more and more. Game and charisma are probably the highest equalizers out there.

After thinking it through, I realised that a short man is equivalent to a women who chopped off her long hair and had that butch heir cut.

The only way a woman with short hair can beat a woman with long hair in the sexual market place is if she is slim and young while her long haired competition is chubby and older.

But if her long haired competition was to become slim...then she would lose out in the sexual market place.

it is similar for a short man vs a tall man in the sexual market place.

Short guys, there is just no escaping it, height is the no.1 physical trait women go for in a man. After observing I see it more and more.
The worst part is height is unchangeable.
And in this androgynous society, physical traits reign supreme.

It is like what Scorpion said, short guys are playing the dating game on very hard mode.

So true.

And of the short guys I know, one has no problem. He makes decent $$ and is in good shape and confident. A couple of others at least get laid from time to time.

But just as comparing fat-shaming and short-shaming is silly, not a single one of the short guys I know would post "short is beautiful/awesome!" pics and demand that society find them attractive. I'm sure they get frustrated (just like everyone does for one reason or another) but they choose to accentuate their positives and improve the traits they have control over.

In other words, for short guys it's "no need to make fun of us" as they are not all up in arms about being found desirable just for existing. With fat girls it's "We're beautiful you misogynist!" and demand that society believe in BS like fat acceptance and body positivity, even though the obvious is unlike with height, they can do something about it.

EDIT: I watched part of that dating video. "He's still short" says the middle-aged woman with the triple chin.

Do you think it's height or size that women are drawn to? I see a lot of shorter guys that do a few cycles and jack themselves right up and they're usually rolling around with smokeshow women. I think women are more drawn to overall bigger size for the perceived safety factor rather than just height.
