We are going to agree to disagree. The video posted by the OP was not created inside of a vacuum. You can't have it both ways, point your finger at Black folk with disgust and then roll your eyes when being given a reason for that behavior.
As for your suggestion that Blacks were not only who were fucked overreaching govt. That's true but only Black Americans had their whole family structure turned upside down. This is not even in debate, even White Nationalist admit that slavery did happen so did Jim Crow. Why you think there so much nostalgia for the good ole days in the Manosphere? The importance of family can not be understated. You can clearly see the difference in term of discipline between Blacks/2nd generation Latins and FOB Hispanic. Black women are loyal to the white power structure, FOB Hispanics women are loyal to their family at least until they become polluted by American women. FOB Latin males have crazy leverage over their chicas because of language barrier and his economic prowess even if he's only making 5 bucks an hour.
That's why when Pedro drinks a one too many coronas and decides to put his foot up Maria's ass, she doesn't call the cops and invites the State and Family court upon her life, she pops an ibuprofen and goes to sleep.
As for the kids, if any of them even hints he wants to do some wild out shit, they ship him back home; Papi follows him on the next flight. What happens next is the most epic beating the kid has ever had. Needless to say, the kid is a brand new person once he lands back in JFK.
Black fathers do not have neither of those options. They were at the mercy of their over bearing loud talking baby mother. He as much looks at her funny some racist cop whose already cranky because of his 2 hr commute would love nothing more but to body slam him because of all his pent up frustration of having a stay-at- home cow at home whose not even giving him any puss.
Therefore, the govt created this mess, its their job to fix . So, When next week somebody post another "Blacks Behaving Badly" video .,my response is gonna be "that's ya'll problem to solve"

Crime is at its lowest rate since the 60's. For example, last year DC had its first ever year of under 100 murders since the early 60's. Every major city is safer than it was in the past.

The authors have compiled hundreds of similar statistics to show that life really is better and brighter. Measured against perfection, there will always be room for progress. But measured against the past, the changes have been quantum leaps.
Two factors make this news even better. "Never before have quality of life improvements been spread to virtually every segment of the population as has happened in the United States in this century," the authors point out. Because natural resources have become increasingly available throughout history, and because productivity keeps increasing, there is apparently "no fixed limit on our resources in the future," they note. "There are limits at any moment, but the limits continually expand, and constrain us less with each passing generation."
Of course, if things are so great, why do we hear so much bad news? False scares and junk science are partly to blame, but the media also play a role in shaping people's perceptions. In 1998, the authors point out, there was not a single commercial airline crash despite the hundreds of thousands of commercial flights and billions of air passenger-miles traveled. While there was no major news coverage of this amazing record, the media devoted weeks of coverage to the 1999 crash of an Egyptian airliner. This focus on the bad lets us forget how much is good about life in modern America.
The biggest question of all though is why so much of the progress of the past 100 years has originated in America. Moore and Simon provide a simple but compelling answer: "The unique American formula of individual liberty and free enterprise has cultivated risk taking, experimentation, innovation, and scientific exploration on a grand scale that has never occurred anywhere before."
