a couple of my favorite games ever started life on the SEGA Saturn.
Guardian Heroes (you can now get this on XBOX live) still to this day is one of the best Hack/slash games ive ever played. On the surface it doesn't look like it has much depth but there are different story strands that can affect the outcome/ending of the game.
And Dragon force was another one. Just an excellent strategy game that allowed you to tackle the story with multiple characters.

Kind of disappointing that the guy named "Advent Persona" didn't list any of the Persona games.

Honestly I don't think I've ever had as much raw fun with a game as I had with hotline miami. That or Portal is my favorite game just in terms of pure gameplay.

Red Dead Redemption.
Lots of masculinity and red pill truths in the story line and John Marston. His son is a little bitch though.

John was the last video game character I felt any kind of bond with. Like him, I recognise strength, honour, duty and stoicism are relics of the past and we're moving into an age that has no time for it.
Whilst Joel in 'The last of us' seems like this stereotype, he's highly emotionally-reactive, and the female characters are the pragmatic stoics. It's a game with the sex roles reversed, which is why it was applauded for its female characters: they're all guys with vaginas.
The only problem with Marston is that he married a whore.
Beta move.
Also, here's my favorite Red Dead Redemption glitch of all time:

Likewise. His character development is so incredibly strong. I felt empathy for him and everything he did was for his family and to become a better family man by attempting to atone for his past.
Most games these days, I can't get into or finish because there is zero character development. Rockstar did a great job with RDR.

Final Fantasy Tactics. My 8 year old mind could not fully comprehend how fucking dark that story is. Every few battles some character you liked gets shivved, and you're just the bastard son of some lord who just wants to do good.
It may sound pathetic, but that game might explain a lot of my pessimism. I mean, Ramza Beoulve just wanted wanted to be the good guy, and he got wrecked for it, but he still continues to do good and continues to get wrecked. Now that I think about it, Final Fantasy Tactics may be the most red pill Final Fantasy title out there.
I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.
