Ok guys, time for some redpill here... I hate to inform you that most of you had been experiencing merely placebo effect.

To get 40% boost in free testosterone you'd need to take 80mg of elemental zinc(80kg male), so how much were you guys getting?
Zinc gluconate contains 14.3% elemental zinc
Zinc sulfate contains 23% elemental zinc
Zinc Picolinate contains 23% elemental zinc
You are getting about 4.2mg of elemental zinc, while you need about 80mg for 40% testosterone increase.
And even 40% testosterone increase for someone who is in the low range(300-500ng/dl) won't make any realistic changes in libido.
When it comes to erections human mind is incredibly powerful ... Just read studies on hairloss meds(fin) where huge percentage of people completely lost libido when they thought they got meds that are known to do just that(while they got placebo pill).
Bigger doses that would actually make a difference have high risk of side effects, for long term that includes prostate cancer... So if you are desperate for high test, might as well go on TRT or do a cycle
