I do concur that it only matters for online game. IRL game, unless you look way bigger than most dudes, and you wear fitted clothes, physique won't do you much good. Lots of guys out there are fat as hell but have a naturally big frame so unless you're bigger than those types of people, physique is just another part of your repertoire. Games trumps it, IMO.

But I do believe that the facial changes you see with low bodyfat trumps game, any day. Face > all

I am 5'8", 170lbs and I have an extremely similar physique to you in that photo, maybe 3-4% more bodyfat. Though my legs are huge (I trap bar deadlift 405x8, for example).

My face looks so much better at 10% bodyfat than it does at 15%, it's unreal. It's not true for every guy, but is certainly true for me.

I'm the same way. 8 pounds make the difference between me having to proactively chat girls up and girls proactively chatting me up.

It's just that weight comes straight off of my face and reveals the jawline/angles, and girls dig it.

Lost like 5 pounds in the last two weeks, then today had a random girl tell her friends I'm so handsome.

I was like, "Hell yeah, I'm back!"

Some guys can gain a ton of weight and their face remains chiseled. Not me.

@corsega i know you're into statistics and tinder a lot and i had actually run a mini datasheet with how many girls i matched with and how many initiated the conversation, how many were willing to go on a date with me, and how many were straight DTF. Also the difference between running direct douchebag game vs being nice and creative with my openers. Unfortunately can't seem to find it, i had it on a USB but it's somewhere in the stash of shit after i moved out. I would be willing to run a similar test again after new year if you would be interested in that, even though it's data from Europe, don't know how much that would benefit you. But it's definitely interesting to look at.

I went back to read all 20 pages of this thread and I wanted to highlight some very important posts. Rudebwoy, Moma and AnonymousBosch literally explain this to a tee. So much gold in their posts, go back and read it. For people denying having an amazing physique doesn't have a big impact on how you are perceived, read this one.

In reality, it doesn’t matter how tall you are/how much you weight (in some cases) as long as you are around 10% bodyfat I’d say you’re already above 90% of the population. What it comes down to genetics, muscle insertion, and your ability to burn fat/put on muscle. Now there’s a difference between a gym rat, someone that ONLY does gym and lift weights, and someone outgoing and social. The latter is who you want to strive for.

Having a nice body indicates that you have your shit in order, you eat healthy, you’re committed to your goals and you work hard. It’s like walking past a nice house with a nice car in the garage, wouldn’t you think, wow this guy must have worked hard and long for those, respect. If you’re ready to do something most people don’t, you will achieve something most people haven’t. You get the best of both worlds. An attractive physique attracts both men and women. You get respect from men and attraction from women. But you want to do it for yourself in the first place, not to impress someone else. If you feel good in your body, you feel good in your mind.

Now imagine combining a good body + good game + frame. Imagine what kind of havoc you can wreak in the game.

This is my experience, so I'm not just theorizing. I went from being a stick to gaining a decent amount of muscle. I'm not 'big' but I look athletic, and with some better fitting clothes things got much much easier.

The other benefit is other men treat you with more respect. A guy with a great physique just gives off a "don't fuck with me" vibe naturally. Sure, some can't back it up, but perception is reality most of the time.

Any 'physique deniers' in this thread, I don't even want you guys to take any of our words for it. Just put in some training time and see what happens.

You know, this makes sense as you're usually clothed and only real tight-fitting clothing shows your body clearly, but I had an example of it just recently. A friend's gf hadn't been around me for around 6 months and recently I wore a tight-fitting long-sleeve shirt and she saw me and was like "AO???!?!? What? You look so different! Oh my god!" and she didn't touch my body other than hugging me but did keep touching my face.

Multiple times throughout this house party she kept grabbing the sides of my face in shock that my face looked so much skinnier. It was really eye opening. Had a couple other girls there at the party that were I assume single that were giving me a lot more eye contact versus when I'd last seen them (many hadn't seen me recently).

I've since looked at a couple pictures from a year or more ago and realized how much different my face looks. I was only really looking at my body apparently. This makes sense as I can usually tell when a girl is "soft" or what I'd call "skinny fat" just by looking at her face and especially the neck under the jaw. If it hangs even the least it she's skinny fat.

@quaker13 appreciate it man. high metabolism is a bitch sometimes when you try to bulk and you force feed yourself and eat like a pig, only to lose it all a little later. But hey at least you stay somewhat lean throughout the year. 13% is still very good, as long as it's under 15 you're good to go. You don't really need to maintain below 10% bf unless it's summer and you want to show off your body at the beach or have a photoshoot/event coming up, it's just a 'feel good bonus' if you know what i mean.

I honestly think one of the biggest benefits from a good physique is how it makes you feel, rather than how it makes girls feel.

I'm a tall dude, always been naturally skinny. I was around 158 lbs at my lowest when I played an endurance sport. I did fine with girls at that point in my life. I now weigh around 180 and doubt I would have the success that I had back then if I was single (much busier, don't have the time or desire to mass approach, etc). With that being said, I feel a million times better than I did back then. It's good to just have mass, you feel it when you walk around. Seeing your body transform is easily one of the best feelings in the world.

I remember a post from LINUX (one of my favorite members) about how his game hasn't changed at all over the last ten years, he just went from weighing 160 lbs to 220 lbs of pure muscle. I'm sure girls respond to that well, but I'm also sure that being that big just makes you feel like the man.

To share a bit of the discussions that I've had with Rudebwoy and that we've shared on the podcast, having a better physique improve chances with lizards but you lot have to remember that gaming and sex isn't limited to what you see on the night club floor.

I've seen many guys who have drawn lizards from just regular conversations on the bus, the supermarket, even waiting for the bus. When one has a nice physique, that person could be outside throwing out the trash and wearing some dead piece of clothing and a new neighbour could spot you and your pert buns and make herself available. The alley-oop will be right above the rim, one doesn't even need to jump high enough to make the play, a touch alone is enough for the bucket to be scored.

Point being made: With a better physique one will be privy to opportunities that others won't see since they think sex must only be initiated in a night club. I can confirm what others have said here already. If you have a dad bod (around 20-25% bodyfat) and start losing weight, some of the first weight you lose will be in your face. You cheeks will start to dimple and your jaw will look more angular. Even if you only get down to 15% BF, you'll still notice a huge difference in the amount of eye fucking you get from women you encounter. In fact, you'll probably start getting approached by more women.

This reminds me of the time my brother and I went to Chicago. One day we decided to actually dress up and walk around the city. The problem was we were on the "bad side" of Chicago ad wanted to get to the main city. Long story short a group of guys approached us and my brother and I knew not to let our frame down. They asked us where we were from and once we said "Alabama" They laughed and said "We knew yall were trouble, hell nawh that place dangerous as fuck".

Moral of the story is frame is important. That stare or frame that "thugs" have is the same ones that battle-hardened military guys have. They're constantly looking around ready for trouble, ready to take advantage. I'm pretty sure this is the same look of a focused hunter.

Never heard a woman complain a man is too tall. I agree 6'2+ is the tingle zone.

6 foot used to be the gold minimum standard but I suspect a lot of 5'10, 5'11 guys claiming they are 6 foot kind of took the shine off it.

Still, a shredded muscular sub 6 foot guy will get far more action than a lanky beanstalk or tall dad bod.
