The Power an amazing physique has over women

The Power an amazing physique has over women

Women also love to be wined and dined, followed by long walks under the moonlight.

Take women out of the equation, having a decent body gets you respect by other men.

Working out is good for your overall health, well being, posture and self confidence.

Men are under more stress these days, it not uncommon to hear about men dying in their 40s and 50s.

Zyzz died at age 22, so I wouldn't use him as a reference.
He also talked a lot about his drug use and worked his ass off to change his body completely.
I think we can ALL agree that he looks a lot better with muscle than when he was a geek.

Steve Reeves, are you kidding me. Didn't the guy compete like 60 years ago!!

Zyzz's physique isn't attainable without shitloads of both steroids and cutting agents (clen, in his case). Its not possible to be that low bf%, and that size, naturally.

Most instagram/fitness/physique models are the same: a combination of lighting, photoshop and loads of gear. If you want a (semi) realistic goal you should look at the bodies of high level professional athletes in a sport that requires a decent amount of strength training, but also cardio intensity, instead. Think NFL backs or rugby backs.

Athletes will likely be on some gear too, but smaller amounts of it. And they'll actually be healthy cardio wise, unlike Zyzz. They have to be a lot more well rounded than a fitness model/bodybuilder. You'll also get to see photos of them in the 'real world' more, away from photoshop/lighting/angles.

Nate Ebner plays for both the Patriots in the NFL and, unusually, also the USA Rugby 7s team. He played in the 2016 Olympics. Hes 6ft0 and 220lbs:

Thats what 10+ years of top level training and diet, and Olympic level strength and cardio performance, look like physically in the real world at 6ft0 220lb. Along with good genetics. Which is unfortunately far less visually impressive than bodybuilding forums would make you think/expect is possible. Though its still fantastic compared to the average male mind you. Thats a realistic peak goal for most men.

You guys spend way too much time worrying about what can be achieved naturally Vs what can't.

If you have great genetics you might look better naturally than a steroid user.

If you don't... Then you won't. This is 95% of us.

Most people are too preoccupied with their health and comfort zone to stick themselves with a needle, eat a lot of food, and lift really heavy weights.

I think the problem is a lot of guys get into weightlifting thinking they're going to look like the Instagram physique models after a year or two of natty training. Then, when they look nothing like that after a year, they get disheartened and give up. It'd be a lot better for people to have realistic goals to aim for. Being aware of the rampant steroid use / photoshop etc can only help in this.

Look at most half backs in the NFL, they’re huge. Some bigger than Zyzz.....I’ve seen high school halfbacks bigger than Zyzz....most big linebackers would be HUGE if they did a cut.

Genetics lightning and angles play a huge part

You can’t compare nfl players nor any sport. Somebody like Eric Bledsoe is HUGE in person, and cut. But he trains for optimum performance not aesthetics.

Your body mimics how you train.

You would be surprised how many professional athletes (yes, even at the high school level if they have any decent aspirations) are on gear. And let's not bring up the drug tests because people have been figuring out ways to beat them since the very inception of testing.

I've heard plenty of stories of promising high school football players who get taken aside by their coaches and asked if they are willing to do 'what it takes to take their performance to the next level'.

The FFMI (Fat-Free Mass Index) is often used as an indicator for physiques (looking purely at muscle mass rather than aesthetic) that are beyond the scope of natural training- it is generally recognized that it is all but impossible to score beyond a 25 on the FFMI while training natty.

Your buddy, for example, at 5'11 in height, 12.5% bf and 180 pounds scores approximately a 22, indicating that (disregarding genetic factors like bone structure and so on) his stats could be attainable naturally, but that he is most likely getting close to his natural limit.

Steve Reeves had the physique 90% of women would go crazy for. Not too big, not too small, not too shredded and not too fat. He could be a soldier, an endurance athlete, an Olympic swimmer, a pro athlete, or even a bodybuilder (which he was) Plus being 6'1 helps. main point is he doesn't have that steroid look.

Honestly man it seems like you have quite some misunderstanding about the nature of steroids.

Any bodybuilder 1940's and after was certainly taking exogenous testosterone, with dianabol becoming a common staple during the early 1960's.

The reason you mention that he 'doesn't have that steroid look' is because certain steroids give certain looks.

What you associate with the 'steroid look' are the products of certain compounds like trenbolone or winstrol, which produce a much more dry, hard and vascular kind of look, and only attained more widespread usage much later on compared to exogenous testosterone and some oral compounds.

The classic combination of test + dbol (dianabol) tends to lend itself to the look that you associate with classic era bodybuilders.

To illustrate this, compare example Arnold in his prime:

With his look later on his career after introducing more modern compounds into his steroid stack:

Anyway this ended up being a bit off topic, but just wanted to clear up some misunderstandings.

A good/great physique is going to pull more tail than an bad/average physique, period. I'm saying this from my own experience.

This equates to gear users are going to fuck more bitches than your average dude. Even if theres a small diffrence in game.

If I was the same AFC I used to be, I would still have oppurtunities to fuck woman just by being approached and receiving ioi's.

Zyzz for example in his BEST look scored a 24 which is the limits naturally. most Zyzz fans could tell he was on steroids at that time. when people think of Zyzz they mean the 205 9-12% body fat not the 220 9% body fat zyzz

Im not saying its easy or that anybody could achieve that level im saying ITS POSSIBLE. Saying everybody that has gotten that or close is on gear is just an excuse.

I have a lot of respect for many guys on this forum but i disagree on this

Let's just say that for the 5% of people who have superior genetics, superb work ethic, and a strict perfect diet can achieve this level of physique

If you eat right and lift 5-6 times a week for a year-you will look impressive. Keep it up for two years and become very impressive.

I can personally attest to the power of an amazing physique. I remember my first two years of high school I was practically invisible, at least to girls. I played sports, basketball and track and field, so I was always in good shape. During the summer before my junior year in high school I was a fringe varsity player and not getting many minutes. The major thing that was holding back was that I was not as strong as some of my opponents. During that summer I committed myself to the gym just because I got tired of getting pushed around and sitting on the bench.

What I didn't realize was that the girls noticed too. This took me by complete surprise because I did it to get playing time and improve my hoop game. Well me being absolutely clueless about girls I ignored all the signs and IOI's or whatever. These girl would come up to me and start talking and flirting and I had no clue, my friends would have to tell me what was going on. I went from being alone on Friday and Saturday nights to having girls asking me to go to prom with them and "hang out". To my High School yearbook being filled with numbers from girls telling me to call them and they want to hang out and shit.

One of the reasons why I'm on this site is because I've never really ever had to have game because the girls just approached me. But I realize that I can't rely on that forever, so I just sit back and take it all in and try to learn some game.

Honestly most of the guys who want that look should just dive right the fuck in, start lifting hard, eating right, running a solid dose of gear and just go get the damn results. There is no consulation prize in life for not having the balls to chase your desires.

If you want that bodybuilder/physique athlete look, then that's what you want. It's hard wired into your psyche. Trying to forget about it is just avoiding manifesting your true self.

I never said anyone who wants a physique look needs to forget about it, just that it would be helpful if from the outset of their training they had realistic goals. ie they knew what they could achieve naturally, and what they can't. The horde of instagram models out there very obviously on gear pushing their "all natural training/diet regime" on customers are the problem. They give young guys unrealistic expectations. And then cause lots of burn-out when these expectations aren't achieved.

Theres definitely a time and a place for gear but telling a completely inexperienced young guy to "dive right the fuck in and run a solid dose of gear" is just terrible life advice. For someone who was trying to sell themselves on this forum as worth paying for weightlifting advice not too long ago its a bit shocking. Nobody who hasn't done at least a year of solid training should be jumping on gear. Theres no point in someone doing steroids if they don't have a decent training regime, a good diet, and some self discipline. All of which take time to learn. If they "dive in" from the outset looking for shortcuts they'll likely just fuck up the cycle, do themselves damage, and have no lasting benefits from it.

Theory-ville, the circle-jerk train love this station: I think women love this, zyzz seems to be that BF%, look at NFL players but nothing about how you benched so much that you couldn't raise you arm to push doors, how you crunch so hard that you got yourself a cramp and people looked at you laughing while you were crawling on the floor doing everything possible to not cry for help...

Some of us experienced first hand the power of a great physique (what you put in the Game, the Game give back...), what those who never put more that 3 months of sweat and tears in the gym can't even dream of...

Tell them too much, they wouldn't understand; tell them what they know, they would yawn.
They have to move up by responding to challenges, not too easy not too hard, until they paused at what they always think is the end of the road for all time instead of a momentary break in an endless upward spiral

"Do I actually have reliable knowledge or a unique insight into this topic?"

Not to mention starting other low quality threads around the forum or making trollish type posts.

Can I post links to articles? I hope so here's on from Quora

https://www.quora.com/Are-muscular-men-m...e-to-women

There seems to be 2 paths for men to take on there bodies with regard to what they want from women and woman also have 2 paths that they prefer for
1) one night stands
2) commitment

So if a guy wants the best of both worlds or "paths" he better be athletic or lean and maybe even a little chubby. (if you can believe it)

To get that ripped look, you will need to take a cutting agent like Clen or Winstrol. These are very toxic on your liver and luckily I never messed with them.

No point talking about NFL players and athletes in general. The top guys are taking designer drugs that no one has ever heard of.

Form follows function

Train for a body that can do shit and eat enough food, take your fish oil,and eat kale chances are you'll look good over enough time.

Strengthen your rear delts,do your mobility work, and strengthen your scapulae for 360 degrees etc you'll look better. Why? Alignment. A strong healthy body looks sexy and packs on muscle easy as fuck because everything is aligned correctly.not to mention you look more like a steroid using elite level athlete if you have noticeable serratus, lower traps, rear delts, etc
You won't have to get as big to look big because your muscles will be in the right place and you'll develop what body builders see as "detail muscles" from the start.

Train for a good looking body and only lift weights for activity you'll end up unhealthy, fragile, and immobile.

Have a healthy swole body that moves well. Roided up tribal tat dude wins for 10 years at most. Id rather have healthy shoulders and hips at 50 instead of having to bitch about bench press injuries and back problems. That dude might bang more girls and do better at a vegas pool party in those years but id rather have the longevity and skills.

Get big, have, strong healthy joints, have mobile joints,be able to explode, know martial arts(drill them even if you quit),learn skills like surfing if you can, free diving, dance etc.

Its not easy and its time consuming. trial and error.

No question a large group of woman like a amazing physique (tall) man.

The average guy just wants to do well with the ladies and to do that there has to be a happy middle ground with regard to muscle.

20 yrs ago I had a no neck buddy who owned a two bedroom house the second bedroom was for his universal gym.
Yes he got woman but he couldn't maintain a relationship one reason being he had no personality other than the one he had at 16.
I shouldn't call him buddy he was more of a guy I worked with. Going out at night he wouldn't drink only ate certain food and wouldn't stay up too late because it fuked up his workout routine. At best he was a muscle bound designated driver who looked stupid in a suit.

I saw him last year and almost didn't recognize him he'd actually shrank a few inches and was in bad shape. Divorce hit him pretty hard, which affects mental health which mental health is a key factor in "working out".
But lets go into what it takes to "bounce back" when life sucker punches you because I too had a divorce. For my friend to get back to the mental image of himself would require massive work and a trip to the hair club for men but for myself I actually gained a little fat (booze and diet) and all I did was lose a little weight and work out a bit till I was back....it took 9 months which was actually a fun 9 months

SteezySteve makes good points er..uhm... I mean excellent points. Life can be a bitch. Women and bodybuilders have things in common they have 10 good years then things start to go and what was easy requires more work. If your a chick and the tits/ass start to sag it has a mental effect (crazy) which is no different for HULK.

In my own life working out at the gym it was fine until my body gave me a message via a pinched nerve in the neck. Debilitating is a understatement. My entire left shoulder and arm were in pain and useless working out stopped for a month. It's fixed now (stretching exercises and neck strengthening) but it was all avoidable it I hadn't overdone the gym workouts for years.

If your living life.... live it physically lean and mentally strong as if it was a marathon. Body builders don't run marathons. So what if a guy isn't at "The Rock" or Stallone level. Be at the James Bond level....Die (fuck) another day....and another ...and another...and 30 and 40 and 50 and 60 and 70 years old.
