We need to know what juicer you have to give you recommendations. In general though, carrots will always be a good choice.
I have a 50 dollar basic-ass juicer that I got from a discount store.
Does it juice with a blade or an augur? Blades do better with fibrous vegetables. Augurs do better with leafy greens. Both will get the job done to varying degrees.

I used to until I found unprocessed, virgin coconut oil at Costco. Some oil helps to absorb the fat-soluble nutrients from your juice.

Is there any reason not to drink juice at the same time as a whey protein shake? I am currently fasting and break my fast after a workout with a whey smoothie, thinking of juicing some stuff and drinking that as well. Maybe with carrots, beets and tomatoes as the main ingredients.
I'm wanting to drink it directly after the workout because I believe that would be the ideal time to drink something with a high sugar content.

Check out the stuff Mike Cernovich has written about juicing for athletes. There's nothing stopping you from adding protein powders and other supplements directly to your juice.

I read this thread:

I decided to try it for myself. I cannot say I have noticed any health benefits compared to just using olive oil instead, but I like the taste. Either is fine in my opinion.

I add Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar and Udo's Oil to my juices. I wouldn't recommend doing that for your first juice, and you'd better be careful not to over-add either product. But they work pretty well in juice.

Are there any downsides to juicing carrot tops? There seems to be conflicting reports online that the leafy parts of carrots are toxic and not suitable for human consumption.

Centrifugal type spinning blade juicer. So far I have tried apple, pear, carrot, red kale, beet, celery, kiwi and grapes. All of them juice fine except the kiwi and grapes. I just throw in one or two of whatever's around in the morning. It tastes good as long as there's at least one apple or pear in it.
Anything that you think I should definitely try? My cum volume has increased a lot since I started on the celery.

Pomegranate seeds if you're aiming for sexual benefits. Ginger for anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. Pineapple so women like swallowing all the extra cum from your celery juice.

I've been juicing for about 10 days now. I make up about a pint consisting of ginger, lime, apple, beetroot, celery, cucumber, carrot, and either cavalo nero (black cabbage) or spinach. So far so good, and I do certainly feel better for it. It has a good flavour balance, so don't have any issues drinking it. I tried adding some red onion, but that made it unpalatable. Am I missing anything vitamin / mineral wise, or are there other vegetables that I should consider adding? I'll try adding a little extra virgin olive oil for fat soluble vitamins. Would a table spoon be enough?
My shits are healthier too. Ive started having solid shits, and it is actually dark green, but the water turns red from the beetroot.
Edit: I'm using a masticating juicer if that makes a difference.

That's a pretty good juice to get started with, especially if you like the taste. Onion is very powerful, but it works in very small amounts. When I want that kind of flavor, I add a single scallion to the mix. A single clove of garlic is pretty good in that kind of mixture too.

I'm a really fussy eater and pretty much havnt ate much fruit or veg at all since I was about 8 years old now 24 years old and trying best to be as healthy as possible and own a blender but I just can't do the taste even down it but I'm pretty sure it's more psychological than taste which is the reason for my fussy eating cause until I was 8 my parents were together and my dad was the disciplinarian and I wouldn't be allowed to leave the dinner table until I ate my veg lol but when they split up I found my mother to be a push over and then the fussy eating lifestyle started cause I wouldn't take notice of her which I regret.
I dunno why I shared that spiel but does the juiced fruit and veg taste different to what it would be if it was blended or is there just less quantity so easier to drink?
Edit* I forgot to mention I plan on reading the whole thread but just short of time atm and want to order a juicer next couple of days

I just picked up an Omega 8005 off Craigslist. I'm ready to start juicing like Jose Canseco.

I am trying this and this is the only way I can make it through the day, I simply need the fat in my diet.
