No idea about your area's logistics but what we used to do in Lebanon growing up in a not so sexually expressive society when we wanted to make sure the hotel room wouldnt go to waste is: Frame it as a roadtrip and basically she will know that there is a room in the destination and that we would be going there.

This may cause her to have more time to think herself into refusing but meh, when we were 18 getting blueballeed after driving an hour and going broke for a room was more dangerous than getting denied from the start.
