Agreed. Makes the women feel like they are safe from the hobos, by not letting in the hobos who game terribly.
I approve.
I approve.

Signed up just for fun, as I have the credentials these whores are looking for. Default age bracket for women on the app is 31-46. Lulz. What in the world is a 40 year old woman?
DC has 1400/2000 required signups for it to go live in the city.

Somebody should infiltrate this App, posing as beta bait.
I'll be the stories, and the screenshots of the text exchanges, would be hilarious.
I just saw that Menace signed up. I hope he keeps a running log of all the stories. A thread on this would be great...

I wonder how many male Indian and Asian users there are? Or if they got curated out?

Asking users to specify their race isn't unusual for online dating services. Requiring them to is. And for a dating app that bills itself as restricted to "elites," doing so raises obvious, uncomfortable questions.
"Because you have to submit your info and wait to be approved, the race thing seems extra icky," says Kelsey, a user who attempted to sign up recently (and who asked me not to use her last name).
I asked Bradford why the League elected to make race a mandatory field. She told me it's what her users wanted. "We did a ton of testing on this screen and these preferences were the most highly requested," she said, via email. She added that while users can select a preference for the race of partners they'd like to meet, it's not a hard filter.

Yeah guys this is for lulz. Please do not for a minute think that any of these strong independent DC girls is going to do anything to me. If I can get an easy side bang great, but I suspect I won't be able to stand their company for more than 1 hour.

I'm not surprised that they let you filter by race, given that this app obviously favors the girls. I can't tell you how many online dating profiles say shit like "I'm not into black guys" or "Only wants dark meat" and "I'm not racist I just have preferences on what I like as everyone does".

Hilarity ensues when a fellow CMU grad - which is the first mention i've seen of the CEO's less prestigious undergrad school in these new stories - calls the demo woman's date profile "basic". CEO then threatens to use her data scientist [man] to filter out all the doucebags [guys that don't take her shit] for all women [herself]. Assuming this is real, and i think it is since i've had to deal with similar shit fits from tech start up girls, this shows how likely this business is going to fail.

I'm also betting that CMU is probably part of the "curated" schools in the app.

More proof that women (especially white women) are the most racist people around. Unless they have a hard up fetish for Manga, BBC porn, or wanting to become a Yogi will they ever jump outside their comfort zone of race.

I've seen that often as well. I'm curious though, do guys' pages ever say "no black chicks" or anything like that?
