She's hardly what you can call fat by any means. So she has some cellulite. Take a good look at non-airbrushed size 2 celebrities and you'll find a ton of cellulite on them too. And for those of you who will of course say she's obese because you are just too perfect, remember that she can lose 70 lbs and still have that pesky cellulite. Diet and excercise is often not effective to getting rid of it. She looks fine, and better yet, she looks glowing and happy. That is far more than many of the bashing posters are or ever will be.



All I see in that photo are two happy and beautiful girls I wish all young ladies knew how beautiful they were, just by virtue of their youth. These girls that keep beating themselves up for not being a flawless model are all going to look back at pics of themselves in 10, 20, 30 years, and realize just how beautiful they were.

I'm not getting how this is even an issue, much less one that should be on the TODAY show or in Yahoo's "Healthy Living" section (talk about irony).

This is not a teen who overcame cancer, beat Leukemia, or did well in sports despite a disability.

This is someone who eats too much and doesn't exercise enough and is somehow OK with that. How the hell did she get a following? This is like getting a story on being proud of your beer belly or the fact you can burp real loud. These are not things to be proud of.

Plus, it's not that hard a problem to solve. You don't need to learn to love it. You can fix it. It's not inoperable brain cancer.

My next door neighbor is fat. I am not. She orders pizzas from Dominos practically every night. I notice this as I come home from the market with broccoli and lettuce. She gets no exercise. I exercise all the time. This paragraph is all that ever needs to be written on this topic in the history of the world.

PS -- As someone who grew up with an actual disease I had to overcome, I resent this kind of high holy mass treatment for people who were too lazy to take care of themselves. It was life-or-death for me at 16. I didn't get the choice to sit around and eat Dominos, much less be proud of that fact.

I'm starting to take issue with the "easy access to bad food" concept. When you walk into most supermarkets, the produce is closer to the door than the ice cream. And we all know fatties don't like walking too far.

Also, let's just say you're "super busy" (a favorite American woman phrase) and need to go to a drive-thru. What fast food place doesn't offer salad? You can't just get that?

Beyond that, I think this girl is actually pretty nice-looking. My problem isn't with her looks, but with her mind.

She's shown she can't put minimal effort into getting into shape and she's at an age where you're supposed to have energy. On top of that, she's made attention-whoring because of her fatness the center of her life, showing she has a reverse sense of dignity and shame. Not worth the time because when you deal with women like this, the only "bang" you'll get is the one where you want to bang your head against the wall.

The issue is junk food addiction. It's a very real thing and women are more susceptible to it than men because they are more emotional and have mood swings. Women use junk food as a drug to cope with stress. I can actually sort of understand it, because a lot of junk food is very delicious. Hell, I'd love to eat a nice pizza or bowl of ice cream right now. But I don't, because I have self-discipline and willpower. I really don't know what can be done about this. There's just so much cheap, widely available junk food that people get addicted to these days. Numerous girls I've dated have commented that they like how disciplined and uncompromising I am with my diet and exercise because it makes them feel more accountable. I will literally fat shame girls I'm dating to their faces and take junk food right out of their hand if they try to eat it in front of me. And they like it. Why? Because they can't control themselves. They need a man to externally impose order and rules on them. So it's easy to see how the lack of a man in a fat girl's life can become a negative feedback loop. She gets depressed about being fat/lonely and uses junk food as a drug to feel better, and since she has no man to impose boundaries on her eating she gets fatter and fatter.

"Fat acceptance" is really an attack on men that tells us it is not acceptable to set boundaries for women like this, even though they rely on us to do so.

She claims to have embraced her cellulite. Who doesn't think that she would be first in line if there was an easy and effective solution, like a cream?

That's what it boils down to - she doesn't love her cellulite, but she's not willing to do the work to get into better shape. If it was easy, she'd do it. But it's not, so she fires up her hamster and makes this obviously bogus claim to justify her gluttony and sloth.

I would compare junk food addiction in women to pussy addiction in men. I'm pretty sure a nice sweet food is like us getting a blowjob. Having a huge ice-cream sunday is for them is like fucking a girl for three hours for us.

I think the only good news about this situation is that fat on most people is easily lost. So if you start dating a girl seriously and she has an extra 10-20 pounds, if she submits to you then you can get her to lose it pretty easily. Just keep her from eating shit foods and make sure she gets her exercise 3-4 times per week.
