On a side note...I have noticed that Zinc makes me...more aggressive.
Has anyone experienced something like that?
Irenicus brother you are taking
5 times the recommended dosage of zinc
every day.
Whether it's zinc or any other supplement, if you take way more than is needed it doesn't simply multiply the good effects, it creates all kinds of unintended and undesirable issues, while losing the positives.

So take copper with it? I get Swanson zma. I don't think there is any copper mixed in. Any suggestions as to how much copper to take would be appreciated. Thanks.
Samsamsam, as has been recommended repeatedly in this thread, buy some OptiZinc, it has exactly what you need :

Once more -- I know I've posted this before and even very recently but I'd rather repeat myself endlessly than have someone doing this wrong:
1. USE OPTIZINC -- you do not want to use a zinc formulation that doesn't have copper and develop copper deficiency. Bad news.
OptiZinc
2. Do not take more than 35mg of zinc a day on a regular basis -- you really don't need more than that. You can make exceptions for special occasions. ![[Image: wink.gif]](https://rooshvforum.network/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I don't remember if it was in this thread or another, it was some time ago, but I can only say thank you to the Lizard for recommending
Bromelain, for a couple of reasons:
- I was having unexplained discomfort/irritation somewhere in the prostate and ball region, with a non-obvious source. Went to see a urologist and he said everything looks perfectly fine, and there wasn't any type of infection (which is rare for men but not impossible). But he then proceeded to prescribe
the most powerful antibiotic available, despite no infection, saying that "some guys find it helpful". Well, of course I was immediately wary of the idea, even more so when reading the possible side effects-
sudden pain, snapping or popping sound, bruising, swelling, tenderness, stiffness, loss of movement in joints; tendon rupture; changes in sensation and possible permanent nerve damage... Fuck
that.
Fast forward some time and in the process of researching Bromelain I discovered that in Europe and elsewhere Bromelain is often prescribed for exactly the symptoms I had, it is excellent at taking care of transient and hard to treat inflammation. Specifically, Bromelain with
Quercetin.
Secondly, and equally important-
- Loads. The most magnificent loads of both volume and quality, the kinds that a pale faced smiling girl dreams of and will worship you for. There is no price tag you can put on that.
