I wish I had the answer, brother. The problem with 9's and 10's, as well as other areas of elite game, is there are very few men that are at that level. And even fewer of them have an active account on a pick-up artist forum. So you are going to hear a lot of theory-dense thoughts with no actual experience to back it up.
There are always exception, and even a broken clock can be right twice a day, but this seems to be my observations for the type of guys that the 9's and 10's I know are dating:
- Ugly rich drug dealer / gangster
- tall, good looking, popular white guy that plays lacrosse / hockey / etc
- Professional hockey player (Not NHL or anything crazy like that, I don't know guys/girls of that caliber personally, but I know girls that date guys in leagues below the NHL or have been drafted to play on feeder teams for the NHL)

Seems like you gotta excel pretty hard and be elite in at least one area of attraction. Honestly man, the guys I know that get girls clamouring after them en masse are the professional hockey players. Yes. See, there are a lot of subquestions involved, because life isn't just as simple as WYB. There is a wide range of difference between an entitled bitch, a crazed feminist, and a nice, submissive girl who hasn't known a lot of men but is so hot for you she would do anything.
