There are no free gains. If you're not willing to hit the gym more than twice a week then test is pointless for you.
If test was a magic formula for muscle then hundreds of thousands men in their 50s watching NASCAR and asking their doctor about androgel, would be jacked. You have to put in the effort to get the results.
I realise I omitted an important distinction from my question. 'm willing to hit the gym every day as long as it is for a specific goal. Hitting it daily for 2 months for good gains, and then reverting back to twice a week for maintenance. I could probably do even more months of intense training, but at some point I would want to go back to training twice just for maintenance. Does that change your stance on steroids?
Look into a high intensity / low volume program. I've been doing DC training for about 8 years. I go to the gym, Mon, Wed and Friday. It's very intensive but any
progression based routine will work. That's what it comes down to in the end, forcing your body to grow by continuously stimulating it and allowing it to recover. It doesn't happen overnight, you follow the process week after week and the gains come, if diet and rest is on par.
I don't recommend the pro hormone route or any liver toxic drugs, even though I discussed winstrol in my original post. You need to take care of your liver; even though I don't. Don't go around slamming 17aa's like they are candy. Poking your ass once a week shouldn't be a big deal.
You're first cycle is going to be your best so do it right. And like I said earlier, I don't recommend cycles, stay on or stay off.
If you want, I can point you to some friends in the community to answer your questions on this, but I left to the bodybuilding / androgen scene a long time ago because my patience with people ran out. It's the same questions over and over again, and providing the same answers you did the day before.
