While everyone is complaining about the Ukrainian dining experience, I'll add that they sure as fuck don't know what scrambled eggs are!

Im used to crazy drivers and great service here.
Both were fine in ukraine.
I hate service in the states. Asking me if everything is fine every two seconds and having every manager visit my table drives me psycho.

Depends where (it's just as for service I guess - better place, better eggs
).
There is a
great "no limit breakfast" on weekends (with scrambled eggs) at Gastrorock for 150 grv (a steal!!!). Craft beer is also included lol. You need to book a table, it's most often full ("posh hipster" clientele).

You also have a good beakfast menu at Kanapa for 80 grv. One dish (including delicious scrambled eggs with fried smoked salo, tomatoes, mushrooms, ect), tea or coffee and fruit juice. Their red fruits vareniky (another dish on the breakfast menu) are to die for BTW. Highly enjoyable terrace on Andrevsky Descent, and another one in the back with city view. A great way to begin the day.

There's surely
a lot of good venues for breakfasts in Kiev, those are the ones I know (I'm a regular at Kanapa, be it for breakfast, for lunch or for dinner) and that are near my apartment.

Sometimes it's not the servers that are to blame in Ukraine just an inept system, if you order a beer in a bar in many places in Europe for instance, it's in front of your face in under a minute, in Ukraine it can take ten minutes. The servers are often cheerful, until something is wrong with the order then they always act like you are the one to blame.
Another problem with the system is that servers have to pay for mistakes out of their own pocket, if you order a coffee and she brings you a tea, you are better to just accept the mistake.
Many restaurants, especially on the cheaper end, don't care about you at all, they just want to grab your money they don't care whether you come back or not.

^What he said.
The amount of matches I got in 10 days must've been in the vicinity of 100-150 - and that was including using Flame for Tinder (which allows you to 'approve' girls who have already liked you - rather than mindlessly swiping for hours and matching 5s and below which you have no interest in). I think getting a match is one thing, actually getting them to meet you is another. It's still a numbers game, and just because you match - I mean how much investment is that on a girls part? Fuck all. Meeting you and actually making time for you in her life? A little more.
I think getting past the interrogation for me was the hardest part in converting Tinder matches into dates. I started getting more of a feel towards the end.

Yeah it's less about the photos, more about the location. I could be smeared in dog shit in my Tinder photos and still get hundreds of matches in Manila, for example. I get lots of matches in Kiev as well, but as Dirkus mentioned, getting the hottest ones out is a challenge. That's why I invest my time more on daygame - higher likelihood of the girl getting her tight little ass out to meet, and when they do come out it's not under that jaded Tinder pretense.

Greven is not lying about his pics. I saw them and if I saw him on tinder I would swipe right so hard my screen would crack.
He's a cool bloke.... but secretly I hate him for his cool tinder photos. True story

Arrived recently in Kiev. Will be staying in Kiev for some time. Definitely some good looking girls walking around, some nice looking areas, and some run down areas. Should be a fun trip. Anybody around send me a PM. Planning on checking out SkyBar tonight.

Uklon rip-off: I've been using Uklon and saw a rip-off that you should be aware of: the Uklon drivers pretend to not know English because they want foreigners to press the English speaking option and get charged more. What happened was that I cancelled the trip because the guy wasn't communicating with me even though I kept repeating my location. The same driver then called me up in very good English, and I asked him if he spoke English. He said "sometimes" lol. Anyway just keep repeating your location if the driver calls and you and starts talking in fast Ukrainian to see if you understand.
