I'm having trouble seeing how poking a hole in a condom and not telling the other person is any different from rape. Rape is a sexual act that you do to another person without their consent right? I guarantee you that every single one of these whores would agree that sticking it in raw when the girl has only consented to sex with a condom constitutes sexual assault. So why is it any different when a woman forces a man to have unprotected sex without his knowledge or consent? (that's what you're doing when you poke a hole in a condom, it makes it ineffective at preventing pregnancy and disease transmission and the man obviously didn't consent to this state of affairs since he had no knowledge of it.) If there were any symmetry in the laws then women who pull this would be prosecuted, thrown in jail, and forced to register as sex offenders.

I feel for you guys in the States who get screwed after the marriage ends.

For me, the only real cost of getting married and divorced was half the wedding and I still feel totally fucking ripped off. No alimony. No claims on my future earnings at all. And I didn't have many assets to speak of when we got married and divorced, so she didn't walk away with half. (Well, in a way she did, but zero divided by two is still zero. LOL)

But when I read these types of stories, I know I should feel LUCKY. I sorta 'know' that I'm lucky, comparatively, but I don't 'feel' it. I can't imagine what you guys must feel.

I need to remind myself that I really was lucky. Lucky to find out what kind of woman she was before kids came along. Lucky that I don't have to pay her anything other than my half of the wedding costs. Lucky that I didn't pay for the entire thing, even. My total loss from the whole deal probably amounts to less than 10k. And yet, there's something about that - that losing 'only' 10k is "lucky" - that strikes me as completely fucked up. I take comfort in the fact that she took a bit of a bath with me though. LOL (Even if I shelled out a lot more than she did the entire time we were dating.)

I know that the courts always side toward "the best interest of the child", but this is getting fucked up. Sperm donors paying child support? WTF?!

Next thing you know, if your girlfriend's roommate finds one of your used condoms and uses your nut to impregnate herself, you'll be on the hook for that kid too.

I think the general principle is that by having sex, you accept the risk of pregnancy, even if you didn't everything you could to prevent it. Since there is a slight chance a condom can fail, you accept that risk and the consequences. You'd have to prove that she tampered with the condom, and even if you did prove it, you're still on the hook for the kid, because you had sex with her. The removal of anonymity for sperm donors is particularly onerous. Men, in good faith, donate sperm for the benefit of women that want to have children, but don't want fathers. It would serve bitches right if the most intelligent, good-looking, tall men stop donating. They don't want to deal with fathers, yet they want the biological "donater" to support the child. Typical.

This is why I need to get out of the US.

I'm going to be very susceptible to this shit. Not just because I have a decent shot at fitting the Mr. Big stereotype, but because impregnation is my biggest turn-on. I find nothing sexier than an attractive woman who actually wants to have my child, and I find sex without the possibility of impregnation less fulfilling than sex with it. If I somehow end up in bed with an attractive woman and she lays that type of desire on me, I have a very tough time resisting it. I think I explained this issue here.

This is obviously a problem because I live in a country filled with female mercenaries that is home to a strongly anti-male family law system.

I think I've just going to have to play it real cautious until I can roll out and let myself go a bit. Procreation is too risky here, and I don't want to risk my future on a hot but discreetly psychopathic chick trying to trap me. I do really want kids (lots of them), but I don't think I want to chance having them here.
