I'm willing to take one for the team and rid her of this pesky inconvenience.

No need to thank me.

Eh, maybe she's telling the truth. There are 26 NFL Cheerleading teams. The average squad size is 30 girls. .13% of pro cheerleaders being virgins would actually seem too low to me. Especially when you consider that a lot of these girls are in their early 20's and college students.

But, yeah, for a 27-year-old girl to be a virgin is, as Regnerus and Uecker put it in Premarital Sex in America, "uncommon but not rare". And, it would actually be expected for an older virgin woman to be more attractive than average, according to sexual economics theory. Also, ignoring "loopholes" and "technical virgins", there exists a subset of women who just aren't that sexual. They have naturally low sex drives, a psychological aversion to sex, or some other factor that makes them avoid it or dislike it. Those women run the gamut of age, attractiveness, and profession.

Now that I've unloaded all that statistical garbage, on to what I really wanted to say.

When I was a researcher, I saw this kind of stuff all the time and it pissed me off. I can clearly remember when it occurred to me that female virgins catch a lot more shit than male virgins on college campuses. My personal theory on this was that male virginity was so common that most guys weren't going to stick their necks out for fear of being "outed" themselves. On the female side, it is totally different. The early 20's are when most women eclipse most men in sexual partner count. There are a lot of "highly sexually active" girls in college (I feel like I might not have to explain that on RVF), and those girls often mercilessly went after the virgin girls. It was not, at all, uncommon for me to have a few girls in my clinic crying about it - a few girls, per day.

So, when I see something like this, I hope that there is some sort of groundswell of support for the girl. Even if she is not telling the entire truth (although I hope she would be), getting some sort of "virgin shaming" talking point on the board wouldn't be a bad thing, in my opinion. I doubt it will happen in the near future, but I can hope.

I can't believe any of you are buying this "maybe she is a virgin" crap.

Have you ever been to Miami? Have you ever met an NFL cheerleader? They make no money, but live lavish lifestyles. Where's the money come from.? Why do they do it?

The "extras" are their bread and butter.

This bitch blew Dan Marino before she got off the plane.

As per the modern day era.

If she really is a virgin. Should she not be selling her first time to the highest bidder online..?

Little known fact. Pro Football cheerleaders are often not that great and more often just average with a lot of enhancements.

They make peanuts and the only reason they do it is for attention more or less.

A good Christian girl who makes it to 27 without sex is never going to be worth marriage. If she had any libido at all she would have settled hard before 23 just to have a sexual partner. Even if you believe that she's a virgin, she has the same flaw as most women, she's traded a family for "life experiences". Travel, Instagram followers and a cheering crowd (and miles of plastic dick) have replaced a family of her own.

At 23 she was probably attractive enough to get a higher-end man, why did she wait? At 27, she's showing her age. Seeing that she can no longer attract a high end husband, she's trying to sue the Dolphins to get enough money to keep the lifestyle going.

EDIT: Why do women get into this? Are they just chasing jerseys? Dallas cheerleaders get $50-$75 a game plus some appearance money (maybe $10K) but they're required to pay for dance lessons, go to the bootcamp and keep a schedule that makes it almost impossible to have a separate career. Same goes for almost all professional dancers - Vegas showgirls make less than $40k a year.

As a Dolphins fan, I can sincerely say that most of the players play as if they were virgins, also :/

Good Captain, you are right on that. Post ~25 virgin women (in the West) are a dangerous proposition in my opinion. Post 30, even more so. As you said, any attractive woman who doesn't live in a cave would have had plenty of options by her mid-20's, so what is she waiting for? And, yes, how is she waiting? As I said in my previous post, some women have naturally very low sex drives. That would make a nice honeymoon surprise. "I just don't like doing this very much."

Now, if she has a legitimate reason, that might be a different story. But, this woman is waiting for what? So, as you say, she can make nothing doing a stupid job that nobody will remember her for next week?

Has anyone here fucked a 25 or up year old virgin?

I'd just imagine a dried up, hairy, mangled vagina. My theory is they don't understand proper twat maintenance because they've never had to do it. Now they are set in their ways.

Like a "if you don't use it you lose it" kind of thing.

No. But I know several. You might not be far off on the hygiene thing. One I know asked me for my opinion on "something" once, and it was a "very private" thing. She lifted up the bottom of her shirt and her abdomen was all purple and green, like a really bad bruise. She said it stretched all the way from her "private areas" to where I could see. I sent her over to a gynecologist who worked next to my lab immediately. Long story short, she had an imperforate hymen. It only had the smallest of tears in it. So for several years (this girl was in her early 20s), every time this girl got her period, it was backing up in to her vagina and uterus. The "bruising" was actually a symptom of sepsis. Apparently, she was so messed up, she might not be able to have kids.

After all of this happened, I asked her if she didn't think it was strange that at (I think) 22-years-old, she had never had a proper period. She just responded, "No, not really."

Such were many of the older virgins I have seen. They often actually don't seem to know a whole lot about sex or related things.

As to the fucking part, FYI... There is a distinct and noticeable drop in reported female virginity at 25 and 30 years of age. Women hit those milestones and they more easily give it up. Keep in mind, those that have waited that long often tend to be very clingy. Generally, women who lose their virginities at a late age report much, much lower average sex partners. So, tread carefully unless you are looking for a serious LTR or marriage.

I'm not a Christian myself, however, I acknowledge that they get a rough deal in the media. Usually when the words 'Christian' and 'Bullying' are used in the same MSM article, it's about some Christian baker refusing to make a cake for gay wedding.

I'm just happy to see the media considering a different point of view for once.

This story is not as crazy as it sounds.
When my grandfather was still alive, he told me that in the 1960s he took one of his sisters at age 33 to a hospital cause she had horrible period pains every month. Pains so bad she collapsed on the floor in agony.

At the time, (the early 1960s) society outside of major cities was still fairly conservative and his sister was unmarried and still a virgin despite being age 33.

The doctor diagnosed some kind of serious infection and she had to have an operation to have both ovaries removed at age 33. I don't know if it this would be the same procedure today (medicine was much less advanced then and crazy radical solutions were often used). I doubt this would be the remedy today. To clarify - it was not anything to do with cancer. She obviously could not have children after that.

Apparently, in the hospital where she was operated on, there were some other women who needed to be treated for the same problem. All these women were virgins past age 30. Some were nuns. (Back in the day when girls actually still became nuns).

My point is, it seems that if a girl doesn't have her hymen broken and starts having a normal sex life by a certain age, her body starts reacting in weird and dangerous ways, rebelling against her with various pains and horrible infections.

Women who are fertile are meant to get fucked by at least 1 man.

Nature makes sure girls who leave it too long are punished if they don't follow the natural order of things.

There was a study done by, I believe, Uecker and Gillis a few years ago about statistical optimization for marriage and sex. They found - and I am speaking generally and off the top of my head here - that there was a sort of "Goldilocks period" for women to start having sex and get in to a long-term relationship or marriage. I believe it was, on the outside, something like 22-28, but they specifically pointed to 24-26 as having the best outcome.

I saw the same thing in my research. There were, generally and in large groups, more negative outcomes for women who started "too early" or "too late". There are actually new studies coming in about these Gen Xers and Millennials that have started marrying for the first time in their 30s. The divorce rates are much higher than expected.

Not unsurprisingly, it appears to be the same for men. It has been, more or less, proven that men who delay having sex until much later in life (think 35+) sort of shut down. Their bodies, independent of any other variables, start to produce much lower levels of testosterone and vasopressin. As such, you can find men who had strong sexual desires at 20, who, now a virgin at 40, have lost much of their sexual desire and function.

Now that I've totally derailed the thread, how about those Miami Dolphins, huh?
