Best places in Europe during the summer?

Looking to spend 2-3 weeks in Europe. What are some of the best places to go?

I have already decided on the following:

Sweden (Stockholm)
Denmark (Copenhagen)
Norway (Oslo)

3-4 days in each one. Any other cities I should add to this list?

Would be around June or July

Went to Gothenburg 2015 at peak migration.. I did notice massive amounts of tattoos and piercings from anywhere ive been in the country. Didnt game much as I was with my family mostly but I would say its an OK city ~500.000, More hipsterish, down to earth.
I would put my money and time on the baltics in terms of ROI but you will probably bang and have a good time

Do not go to Eastern Europe.
Go to the party islands in Spain, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. Would even add in Barcelona, backpacker central cities.
Scandinavia and the UK would/will be good as girls are very different to how they are in the winter with an attitude to dressing with very little and up for a good time.

How about.. Barcelona then the others? I thought during the summer, Barcelona is just filled with tourists (mostly Europeans from the cities I listed below)

Spain (Barcelona)
Sweden (Stockholm)
Denmark (Copenhagen)
Norway (Oslo)

It really, really depends on what you want from it. If you want as many lays as possible (not necessarily too bother about quality - to an extent obviously) then like Conquerer7 said the party islands will be full of easy pickings.

If you want a bit more culture but also featuring the women - I'd consider adding Croatia in there if you haven't been yet. Split-Hvar are more touristy but you find talent there. I went to Zagreb and found that I was quite liked out there, and my fair skinned friend also even though in the UK he doesn't get much attention. Think it was something related to the foreign factor. I also met a Bosnian couple in Poland and they said if I went to Makarska, as a dark skinned guy anyway, I'd have women chasing me from every direction. Seems to be a good place to add.

Other than that, I haven't been anywhere else bar Prague (would recommend - been there 3 times in 2017 and already going back in March this year) and a few German cities (in my opinion don't do it to yourself) lately. Maybe add Southern Italy? Not the best for gaming though...

This is something I'm coming to learn about Europe. The summer can be tough if you don't want to head to the coast.

Me, personally...I don't much like the beach vibes overall. Maybe it was the living in SoCal for so long, but I'm just tired of it. I like the hustle and bustle of cities, even in the summer months. I don't have a desire to go out to the coast for a month and relax and party. I spent 6 weeks in Odessa in 2016 (https://thisistrouble.com/2017/07/24/bes...tal-nomad/) and just didn't enjoy it.

The solution I can mention for now is to find a major city that is not totally reliant on it's university population. One that has a large number of residents, all of whom can't all leave all summer due to work.

^^I'm the same way. I've never really been one to follow the herd, and I'm assuming you and many other guys here feel the same way.

Plus I just don't really want to deal with the inflated rent prices that tourists attract.

I'm thinking Belgrade or Budapest could be a cool set-up for summer 2018.

Belgrade hasn't been infiltrated by the masses yet (it's creeping towards the top of NomadList though), so it's still a really good value for the time being. It also seems like people stick around for summer for the most part.

I would direct you to Project Belgrade my friend: thread-66014.html

As a resident of Belgrade in 2017, I can tell you it's pretty freaking good , and not yet spoiled by tourists easy-jetting. Really good value, and lots of people speak english and are friendly.

We're getting a group of guys together for this summer, and will use belgrade as our homebase, and travel to all the resorts on the sea in the Balkans.

Croatia sounds good. Is Zagreb still the best place to go during the summer (June)?

Let's assume you have 7 days to choose among these cities: Copenhagen, Stockholm and Reykjavik, what would be your itinerary?
