So where's Podesta's indictment?

Podesta is totally safe, despite his likely criminality. He's establishment.

This is the DC establishment taking out the Trump movement. They are even more invested in impeaching him than most of the Democrats.

These are the opening moves of the pawns in a long chess game that WILL 100% see articles of impeachment. First indict Trump campaign team members for any dirt you can. Then offer immunity for their testimony (perjured or otherwise - perjured works best because they can tailor it) against Trump or others that will flip on Trump.

Even if they don't succeed in impeaching Trump, they have literally nothing to lose by trying and working the system. Trump will be distracted trying to defend himself. Congress will be even more crippled by hearings and no reforms will be passed. Mueller is likely having the time of his life right now.

These are evil, evil people.

This. And this isn't a threat to Podesta, this is his "Get Out of Jail Free" card. Podesta will get an absurd immunity deal to testify against Manafort.

Paul Manafort is an idiot- all he had to do is register as a foreign agent, set up a PAC and pay himself a salary and pay 17-24 percent tax on it, and make the proper disclosures on his federal forms and he would have no issues. Greed and studidity go hand in hand......

If a possible Podesta indictment remained sealed and Manafort's was leaked then that only raises more questions and concerns. This whole investigation has gone off its rails. We need to remember it was started to see if there was obstruction behind the Comey firing. Mueller simply could have looked at Comey's lack of evidence, of any collusion and determined there was no obstruction. These indictments smell like a justification attempt to explain the length and expense of the investigation. I suspect Mueller will someday claim he was trying to flip Podesta and Manafort into admitting campaign collusion as a backdoor to obstruction. However, Manafort and Podesta are bipartisan hacks which sell their skills to highest paying party. I doubt they will flip on the RNC or DNC, they are professional sword fallers.

We are wasting millions of dollars on a special investigator on mere tax evasion.

At this point in time, the Democrats are already looking at massive losses for next election. Their money is severely crippled and they are taking too many losses right now.

Mueller should have closed this shit, if this was all he could find. Let's see if Gowdy and others will make his life uncomfortable for this grand waste of taxpayer money.

Goes back further than that. Remember his house getting raided? If they raid your home, chances are like 95%+ you will get indicted on something and 100% all grand juries indict.

Update: No one knows for sure, but most “think” that the four sealed indictments Mueller has are for Tony Podesta, John Podesta, the Podesta Group, and most likely another company (Mercury Public Affairs).

They’re sealed because one or all are talking.
