An area where moronic leftys always mix things up is in differing between "not guilty" and innocence. To be exonerated of a crime is to be proven innocent, and to be proven innocent of something in a court, you literally have to prove it would've been impossible for you to have done it. As an example, one of the Duke lacrosse kids was able to prove innocence because he was on camera withdrawing from an ATM at the time the alleged rape took place.

I would say the false rape accusation rate is higher than 10%, probably closer to 30%, but we'll never know because the cops don't record all false rape accusations.

For example, in this Nelly case, should the cops dismiss the charges against Nelly, it will never be recorded. Since it doesn't go to court, it is not included in the official statistics.

I once had a hysterical cunt try calling rape on me, I spoke with the cops and the cops said she was a cunt and threw her outta my apartment. Yet another example of a case not recorded.

Fact is, cops have big discretion in determining whether or not something is a legit crime or not, so they can avoid frivolous or false charges. And when they exercise this discretion, it is not recorded in any official books anywhere - maybe if you're lucky you'll get a police report.

But the cases that all the feminists talk about are actual court cases where the rape accusations are dismissed in court, which could be as high as 10%, they never talk about all the cases where the cops see a perfectly healthy woman crying rape and roll their eyes.

That is why the "official" line on false rape from feminists make no sense compared to our everyday experience as men, only 2% of women have ever claimed false rape? We all know it's way higher than that, but feminists disingenuously rely on court stats to make it look like women never cry wolf.

I'm guessing that 2% is the number that get tossed after the case gets pass grand jury. That is probably where they are getting their statistic. All the cases that the prosecution dismissed or that the grand jury no-billed probably don't make it to any survey because grand jury records are usually hard if not impossible to retrieve and prosecutor discretion is hard to track.

I agree that police hold a lot of discretion in which claims turn into reports but that has slowly been changing with feminism's and BLM's attacks. Departments are in a CYA mode, forcing detectives to take a report and pass it to the prosecutor in all cases. Then you need to worry about the political affiliation of the prosecutor, a leftist one will try hard to get the case through grand jury. You probably will win out in the trial or suppression but in reality it should have ended with the detective.

It's ironic that feminism's pressure on the justice system does nothing but raise the number of false allegations that make it to the public eye.

I wish I had saved them, but several times, from several sources (Men's Rights Site/Self defense site/Law enforcement site.) I have come across anonymous interviews with policemen who deal with this stuff and you can see why they wanted to stay anonymous. All of them said false accusations were in the 40-60% range, and it usually had to do with revenge, escaping culpability, or getting off the hook with a boyfriend. Until law enforcement professionals start speaking up publicly, with statistics from their own departments, it will be hard to make any headway with this issue.

I know this seems counter intuitive but in a "he said, she said" rape case it is best to have as many women as possible in the jury for the male defendant- Prosecutors will try to get as many men on the jury as possible. When I learned this in law school I was perplexed why, and my professor told me that women are far less sympathetic to women- especially when the case involves alcohol,going somewhere private late at night, previous sexual encounters with the defendant and inconsistent details. Male jurors on the other hand (keeping in mind the average male has only slept with 5 women in his lifetime) are more sympathetic to women and often feel the need to be protective toward women and are more likely to believe whatever she says .

I remember reading a fathers right forum years ago, one common thing was, many fathers said something like this, females family court judges will be more fair toward fathers and least likely to take bs from the mothers trying to take advantage of the system, males judges will be more prone to be anti fathers that females judges.

On the same note, one of the seasons of the show Survivors, at one point the women banded together to vote out every male, to the point there was one guy left and like 7 women, what happened next? the women started to vote out each others and the guy won at the end.

A good move if the person accusing you of something is a woman or women, get a female lawyer, is a good optic having a woman defending you against another woman.
