Why does the immigrants have to be arabs? They already have about 1 million + foreigners living there and they WILL need more in the future. You have a country with a public debt to gdp or 230 or so %... that is steadily increasing expenditures and debt while amount of workers are decreasing... i don't need to tell you what will happen next. Without more workers japan is a ticking time bomb.
