Not yet, gonna attempt it when the current coil burns out.

If I like it, then I'll save a hell of a lot on coils. All I'll have to buy is wire and wicking.

Totally screwed up the RBA. Will re-try with new coils later. Screwed up two octuple coils, finally got it right with the latest one. Got new e-liquid, will attempt it with a fresh coil later. Local blend called White Rush, made up of every cream flavor they have.

I've been running them at 110w, still going strong. Put in a fresh one today as I was adding a new flavor.

A word of advice on the RBA, keep it wet, or you will regret it. I'm gonna give it another try soon, but for now the replaceable coils are more convenient.

Successfully reused octuple coils. Flushed it with hot water a few times, got a new flavor (Jamaican rum and black honey tobacco), primed it, let it soak, and voila. No old taste, no burnouts. Finally got the hang of this!

edit: For what it's worth, been vaping at 120w for a week now.

Got my Innokin Coolfire IV 100W mod about a week ago. Its a nice little thing, I am using Gold by Gost Eliquid. It has a nice flavor, notes of caramel, cookie, and coffee. It is especially nice when paired with a cup of coffee.

Only problem I have had is with my mod and tank setup. When I take longer drags the taste is burnt. Is this due to the tank? Or the coil? I am only running it at 50w and the coil is rated for 60... It almost seems like there isn't enough liquid getting to the coil. Slightly confused with that one.

Try priming it more, even going in from the bottom of the coil, and letting it soak longer. Also dripping into it from the tip may help.

Soaking it now, will report back soon.

Edit: For the time being it is working better, with a richer taste, but I am unsure as to how long it will last!

Hey Ivanis,

I had the same issue in the beginning, as YoungBlade mentioned priming it for longer will probably resolve the issue.

If it doesn't (which it didn't for me with my previous mod) all you need is a safety pin.

Use the safety pin to push into the cotton (create holes on the sides and to separate the cotton at the top of the coil)

It's a known problem with those coils having the cotton wrapped a bit too tight, let us know how you get on.

I recently got one of the top portable vapes for cannabis,The Boundless CFX. I've only used it a few times but I really enjoy it. Easier on the lungs, way more potent than a pipe or joint, and great flavor. Plus it's easily twice as efficient for saving your stash.

You can even add other dried up herbs for varying taste, like peppermint or lavender. I only smoke recreationally a few times a week but I highly recommend it for anyone who likes Marijuana. Be it it be your average consumer, super stoner, or medical user.

You know what man, I never understood the hype about vaping weed until I tried it yesterday.

The high was completely different to smoking a normal spliff.

I felt less "monged" out and it was a lot cleaner of a high, I was able to still do everything I usually would just with a heightened sense of everything around me.

I'd definitely choose vaping weed over smoking the traditional way in future.

Exactly, for me vaporizing the weed brings an almost clarity with the high, a heightened sense or awareness.

It's a complete different high.

I feel slightly silly with it, it's not something I'd offer to some old time professional weed smokers, but for me it gets the job done well.

Switched from a .2 coil to a .4 coil. I'm not 100% sure what the difference is, but the .4 coil doesn't get near as hot, and provides far superior flavor. The .2 was so hot that I could only run it for a few seconds before it would almost burn my hand, even at relatively low wattages.

The only disadvantage of the .4 is that I'm running through much more juice now since I can do it for longer.

the 0.2ohm coil will produce large cloud of vapor,
0.4ohm coil will produce better flavor
