How would you know this? Based upon what? Vancouver Chinese? Have you ever been to Asia? If you ever spent time to China you would not say something so ridiculous. If you ever spent any time outside of Beijing you would quickly notice that women are far more likely to be slapped or beaten in public by their husbands than the inverse. Impossible. The Chinese govt. cannot and would never do such a thing. I don't think you know how China works on a basic level at all. They do not and would never use the press in this capacity. I have met local leaders before, they would be removed or worse for pulling a stunt like this. They actually do not encourage foreigner dating and the main CCP government has officially warned women about the dangers of dating foreigners before.

It does looks strange in a way, but definitely not for the reasons you listed.

My combined years of studying Chinese at the university, my career work, Chinese consulting work, business ventures with Chinese businessmen, and everything else is longer than the time you lived there.

You yourself has said on this forum more than once that you hate Chinese women. If you do not like them, why should anyone even take what you say about how they are as people seriously? Think about that for a minute. If I don't like dating American Black women and haven't dated one in probably going on 5 years now. My wife is Chinese. Why on Earth would I go around telling other dudes that Black American women are awesome or that they should date them? If I do not practice anything close to what I preach, it is disingenuous.
