1. I second the question from HSLD about Bang 2.0. Would you consider writing that given that Bang is now nearly a decade old and is, therefore, pre-smart phone, pre-Tinder, pre-the Obama administration's assault on traditional values?

But I would go one step further. Would you consider going back to the countries you visited (off the top of my head, Iceland, three Baltics, Denmark, Romania, Ukraine, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina) and doing 2nd editions for some or all of them?
