Most likely a bogus troll job. He wouldn't need permission from her to perform a paternity test on his baby daughter, all he would need is to get a buccal swab from his baby and send it to a gene testing company.

That's most likely a troll job by 4chan, but his wife is insufferable. He diffuses the SJW nonsense pretty well with humor, but it has to be tough to live with a woman like that all the time.

I look at Comedians like actors. I don't watch the person, I watch the person he's portraying. Bill Burr is an epic cuck, but he's still one of my favourite comedians. Once you separate the performer from the performance, entertainment is very easy to enjoy.
