Powder is cheaper and tastes horrible (unless you cap it)

I gave up on Clomid after 3 weeks and started TRT. That was partly because my doctor had not made it clear that Clomid was to be taken for a short period. he also didn't prescribe anything to keep my E2 in check. I did a blood work right after I stopped Clomid and have written the results here: thread-63499...pid1683069

I was wondering if someone like ScrapperTL could take a look at it because I'm so curious to know what they say about the cause of my hypogonadism and whether Clomid (without TRT) was enough to get my Testosterone levels high.

After 3 weeks on TRT I'm going to get DIM to keep my E2 in check. I know it's early to see results but my ED has got worse which I guess is a sign of a high E2 level. My next appotment with my doctor is about a month from now.

@scrapper - for a 12 week Test E only cycle, I have Toremefine, Exemestane, Clomid, and HCG on hand. Given your thoughts on torem, would Exemestane EOD and HCG EOD on-cycle be necessary? And for PCT, would Torem by itself (or Torem + Exemestane) be sufficient?

Trying to get away from the standard issue Nolva/Clomid and want to see your thoughts on these for a proper PCT.

My personal Toremifene research has shown that (On-Cycle):
Toremifene 60mg Every Day, On-Cycle (Prevent Suppression)
OR
Toremifene 60mg Every Other Day, On-Cycle (Prevent Shutdown)
Since your using Testosterone you could opt for 60mg Every Other Day, On-Cycle to Prevent Shutdown.

Post-Cycle:
Toremifene 30mg Every Day for 4 weeks
Then switch to 30mg Every Other Day for another 4 weeks

Off-Cycle:
Toremifene, as little as 15mg Every Other Day, for life, does wonders for everyone I have helped.

Exemestane On-Cycle with Testosterone is great to lower SHBG Levels to allow for more circulating Total and Free T & DHT.
In the future, might as well just save money and forgo this though.

HCG, my personal opinion is not necessary anymore because of all the anecdotal information coming out about Toremifene.
However if it gives you piece of mind and you already have it on-hand, run the HCG once or twice a week.
HCG can be suppressive so I would not run it during Post-Cycle.

Does anyone know about Toremifene and raising SHBG therefore lowering free testosterone?

I've researched Toremifene a little and I keep coming across information that says it raises SHBG which means it will lower free testosterone.

I doubt this would affect very short term usage such as PCT but lowering free t is precisely the opposite of what we are looking for in the long term.

Toremefeine is a SERM so it will lower Estradiol. I started the discussion of SBHG but note that I have an unusually high SBHG and I am not typical.

Just started my PCT ( novaldex) after doing a test cycle then 3 weeks of HCG. I didnt feel any benefits during the cycle but now I definitely feel the lack of testosterone.

Well, it's been almost 2 months since I ended my cycle and I gotta say - Torem is indeed the shit. I took as Scrapper recommended, 60 mg EOD on cycle and then 40 mg for for PCT. My PCT honestly didn't even feel like a PCT-never had any mood swings, depression, anything like that. I gained a solid 12 lbs on cycle and kept 10 lbs of it, and strength is the EXACT SAME as it was on cycle. On cycle, my balls shrunk a little bit but nowhere near the amount they would have without Torem and they came right back immediately after cycle.

I have nothing but good things to say about Torem and thank you Scrapper for all your knowledge. I will get bloods soon and see where I'm at. Any thoughts on time off after the cycle before I start another one with Torem on cycle?

Toremifene is the real deal brother, I am on year round now.
My current schedule is 60mg every 4 days off cycle and 60mg every 2 days on cycle.
I'm 33 years old now and I feel like I have the Hormone Profile of a 21 year old.
I have absolutely no need for TRT while on Toremifene year round and this is coming from a guy who has tried every combination of steroid you can imagine since I was in my early 20's.

Toremifene essentially prevents shutdown on-cycle, allowing you to use your natural Testosterone as a base.
Because your not shutdown, post-cycle is a breeze.
Don't get shutdown confused with suppression.
You'll still get some level of suppression on-cycle even while on Toremifene, you just won't get shutdown.

This is where the beauty of Anavar shines.
Anavar is not very suppressive at all.
Child burn victims are given moderate doses of Anavar for long periods of time specifically because it is not very suppressive and it heals Collagen.
Combined with Toremifene, this is the perfect stack.
Benefits of Anavar:
+Extremely Anabolic
+Not very suppressive
+Barely androgenic
+Non Estrogenic
+Heals Collagen
+Metabolized primarily by the Kidneys, very safe on the liver

First just wanna say what great thread this has been; only wish I would have found it sooner as I ordered some Clomid and Anastrozole already. I’ve suspected for a long time that I have low T and finally wanted to to something about it in my 30’s, so I’m going to give it a shot with serms first. Also I got my bloodwork done today so can contribute to the thread with my baseline and where it goes from there. I plan to start with 25mg a day of Clomid and 1mg a week of Anastrozole (.5mg every 3.5 days)
As for Toremifene (which I really am considering switching to, along with SI), I’m finding all sorts of places that sell it for research proposes, just not sure which place has legit stuff or if it’s even safe. Anyone tried any online venues?

Im leaning toward primary gonadism to some extent, because of the high LH and FSH. I did have an injury to the testes at age of 15 and havent felt right since.
Anyhow I started Clomid 25mg a day, and going to take another test in 30days to see what happens. I suspect Ive never had T level higher than 500 my entire life, so if I could get to near 1000 I would happy!

Anyone know if there is any danger of pushing LH above normal range?

After one week of 25mg Clomid ed, I’m definitely feeling a difference. My mood, energy levels, focus, even my workouts have improved. Sleep has also improved although I have to say I’m having some crazy dreams.
I would have thought that maybe some of this could be a placebo effect, however I’m having a strange feeling in my nuts that’s definitely not in my head. Also they feel a lot firmer, which is strange. So far so good!
