This guy asked a question 2 years ago, and you only just responded 2 years later. Great.

Singapore or Kuala Lumpur: Promoted and moving to Asia

I'm talking about the top tier girls there. Average girls are basically invisible to me now. I just never really seen any real 9s and 10s there in KL, or at least very very very rarely
Singapore have a few crackers here and there, they all tend to go to the same places and know eachother. But most of them tend to be non Singaporean or 2nd generation non-SG. The vast majority of chicks in SG are either the dorky plain jane locals or the frumpy bitter expats who insist on wearing flat sandal shoes and tie their hair up in a bun no matter the situation. Occasionally you get a few out of towners who have been flown in on their sugar daddy's dime who tend to be a cut above the rest and more down to party.
Yeah sure will let you know when I'm next in town.

Last time I was daygaming in Singapore I had no trouble finding hundreds (in a few hours) of 7+ in the malls and public transport in random places during the week.
In KL you can go days without seeing a 7+.
Girls in both places are spoiled now and require you to have a nice apartment & social credentials to get them excited for a spot in the boyfriend category. If you can afford Singapore (really the rent is the biggest issue) and can build some value Singapore is the place to be in Asia.
The 'I'm horny and try a foreigner' category seems to have zero demand left in both locations (also in Bangkok or even the Philippines is beginning to see that).

Both of these cities are at the top of the list of worst SEA cities for a Roosh Forum member to live. I cannot make compelling arguments for either and it quickly turns into an exercise of less negatives. CodyB's analysis was admirable, but I bet even he would admit that if other cities were thrown into the mix SIN & KUL would not be viable options. I have visited both cities several times and from talking to friends and colleagues who have lived there, the most frustrating aspect is that you are so close to cities like BK and Manila, but a world apart. The verdict, flip a coin.
Singapore usually ranks in the top 5 for a white guy on Tinder in GPS spoofing experiments...
The only "bad" aspect about Singapore is maybe the cost of living. Otherwise I would take Singapore over KL which is a bit infamous for crime and being a sausage fest in the nightlife (never mind scores of Indians and Islamic Malays that aren't so bangable).

not sure what's the source of this, but i can confirm tinder has become a shitshow in SG at least since circa late 2015.
GPS spoofing threads used to be super common on Reddit and Bodybuilding but when I try to find them again on Google Search nothing comes up (I guess Google must be scrubbing the URLs thinking it's like sex tourism).
Singapore usually did well for most people.
Thing is most of us are limited to 30 days in Singapore so it's kind of pointless unless one is into SNL / ONS. I would rather be in a country that I can stay in for awhile and have 3 to 6 FWBs. That pretty much limits me to Mexico, Taiwan and Thailand I think unless I'm forgetting a country or two where unlimited border runs are still allowed.

KL is underrated IMO. However, I tend to rate cities in terms of the overall experience rather than just ease and quality of women. Having said that, I wasn't doing much worse in KL than I did elsewhere in SEA. I suspect that girls there are a little harder on average compared to Indo / Thailand / Phils but IMO this is compensated for to a large degree by the far better logistics - meeting up with chicks is a breeze and this enables you to cast a much wider net. The city is much more compact than BKK, Manila and Jakarta and the light rail network is very comprehensive (Bangkok's MRT / BTS is a joke by comparison). And traffic is nowhere near as bad in KL as in those other cities.
As far as girls go you've got a lot of variety. There are three main ethnic groups - Chinese Malaysians, Indians (Tamil?) and Malays. One of the hottest girls I've ever banged was a busty petite Malay. Plus there are tons of expats from Indonesia, the Phils, Thailand and elsewhere. You can pretty much take it for granted that girls will speak decent English (albeit a somewhat mangled form, same as SG).
There are a number of great spots for a weekend getaway (Cameron Highlands, Penang, Langkawi...) and being the hub of AirAsia travel to other spots in SEA is dirt cheap. Plus, it has the best food in Asia IMO. Oh, and the three month visa on arrival sweetens the deal.
All in all, it's one of my favorite spots in SEA. I personally think the relative difficulty and low quality of the girls tends to be overstated and it has a lot of positives that make it a good option (especially for a newbie to SEA as it's not as grimy as most other countries in the region).
