I remember getting the Pirelly calendar somewhere around the nineties free with a GQ. It had naked supermodels in sexy as fuck situations. (Not just a grey background). I found my teenage identity, style, and aspirations after QG. It had everything I wanted to be as a young man. Cool, masculine stylish clothes. A misterious, charming, man-of-the-world attitude, exotic or cosmopolitan travel locations, gadgets and politics, and lots and lots of hot, feminine, naked supermodels. The first issue I ever bought had Claudia Shiffer in a tight animal print bra on the cover. I knew the moment I opened that first issue that that was the life I wanted to live.

Look at what media has become. A fat, ugly, unfunny "comedian" touted as the parangon of femininity, both on the Pirelly calendar and QG.

Lets stop acknowledging their existance. They are no longer relevant in our lives. Nothing they can publish can affect the lives WE live. Let the betas take the scraps.

The ONLY action that will force their hands is the invisible hand of the market. Meaning guys like us completely ignoring their existence. If issues like these stacked up at newsstands without anyone interested in buying it then the competition (catering to men via imagery we actually enjoy) would quickly take their place. Problem solved.

You all are aware that this is a slippery slope. If we let this slide then you'll see shit like they tried to pull in the U.K. recently when an attempt was made to actively prohibit the sale of nudie rags. I don't recall if they succeeded - anyone in the U.K. know what's going on?

The thing is though...fat and/or ugly women KNOW they are fat and ugly, and even if the whole world was to do a 180 and tell them how beautiful and attractive they are as a hambeast, they STILL wouldn't be happy with themselves. No amount of external validation can truly make a fat/ugly woman feel good about herself internally, because if she has even a shred of her sanity left when she looks in the mirror she still won't like what she sees and she will still be miserable with herself.
