Chicago

Chicago has been mentioned on the Forum a lot and leads the poll on the thread " Which American City Offers best value for single men" but we do not have a Data Sheet on Chicago.

I will Start and hope Chicago players or people visitng Chicago add to it, I know G has recently been to Chicago, will be great to hear from him,

I will Start with something that GlabalCitizen posted and them I will post my experience

something i call..Michigan Avenue - Magnificent Mile- Game (MAG mile). For me personally, the MAG Mile game is the holy grail of Pick Up in Chicago.. I see so much gorgeous talent walking up and down that street every day of the year....it's the perfect proving ground for new, aspiring and seasoned PUAs alike...

I live a block from Michigan Avenue and work from home. The whole area up and down Michigan Avenue is crawling with gorgeous women shoppers and tourists from everywhere.

Summer is around the corner and the magnificent mile is sure to transform itself into an Uber heaven with friendly women eager to party during the day at North Avenue and Oak street Beaches close by and night time at nearby clubs.

Another thing i've noticed is that women who are shopping seem to be in a happy mood generally, like they are high on that new dress or shoes they are buying or about to buy. So when you hit on them...you become part of their materialistic, hedonistic fantasy..

I have opened Chicks during the day in this area and they are quite responsive and friendly. I've got a few numbers and dates out of that. in fact, last summer i opened a girl, walking right behind her and complimenting on her hair..she lit up like a Christmas tree, thanked me and we walked along and she asked if i wanted to have coffee..and 45 mins later we were in my apartment...closing business.

I was in Chicago for a weekened only and here is my Experience, For some visiting for a short period Down town is where it's at and Specially MAG Mile.

Where to Stay: Staying downtown close to Mag Mile or McCormick Place will give the biggest bang for the Buck as Logistics would be Perfect, Keep in mind it can be very expensive however if you use Miles/Bonus Points/Hotwire a Good Deal for a Four star can be made, I was able to get a Four star for$ 106 close to Michigan Ave.

Gaming:

Day Game: Day gamers Paradise is MAG Mile as stated above, you can approach all day long and won't be tired of new candy you will see, I met girls from every ethnicity Russian, Ukranian, German, Czek, French Mexican, Venezualan, Canadian and off course your run of the Mill Midwestern honies from Indiana, illinois etc........

I collected three numbers while spitting game at Tourists and locals, Insta dated a venezualan that works down town and went to her house, Heavy make out session but no close [Image: angry.gif]

All along Michigan Ave is great for walking and Spitting Game on Tourists and Locals, also McCormick Place is also good for Tourists, Lots of Museums for Alternative Chicks, I visited The art Institute of Chicago and had Lunch there talked to lot of Girls but to no avail....

One place where I have always gotten some success was Nordstrom on Michigan Avenue......

Night Game: Lots of bars/Dance Clubs/Lounges in Viagra Triangle on Rush Avenue but make sure weather is nice otherwise bar hopping becomes diificult......

For Cougars Try Red Head Piano Bar on Ontario st Downtown, I was able to Isolate a Swedish Girl and went to " The rooftop bar in Wit Hotel" later to get blue balled.....

Also heard good things about Howl at the moon Piano Bar for Cougars....

There is lot of other Game in the Chicagoland Suburbs that i do not Know much about, I Know my Data is very minmal but wanted to start so if the ball gets rolling we will have a Good data sheet.

Chicago has a lot of different options for nightlife, many of them very good. Lots of good bars in the Lincoln Park area on Lincoln, Clark, and Halsted streets. Tin Lizzie on Halsted, Lionshead/The Apartment and Wise Fool's Pub on Lincoln are usually pretty good to me. Wrigleyville has decent girls if you don't mind dealing with a bunch of douchebag bros and really expensive drinks whenever there's a Cubs game. Viagra triangle is probably where you want to be if you're over 30, go to the bars on State street. If you're under 30, the bars on Division are a better bet--Original Mother's is a personal favorite here. Near Clark and Division there's a 4AM bar called The Hangge Uppe that can have questionable talent, but I haven't found an easier place in all of Chicago to pull a chick out of. The Streeterville area near downtown has some good bars and clubs (Lasalle Power Company, Enclave, Soundbar for example). I've had fun at bars in Wicker Park too.

Chicago

Here is a little tidbit:

Chicago is really dope in summer. From what I understand, every weekend in Chicago a different neighborhood has a street fest.

They are pretty dope, although the one I went to was in a hipster hood (Division street fest). Drinking is allowed in the street, which is a pleasant change from the California police state.

The girl I was swooping claims that the Randolph Street Fest (not sure when it is) is the one to go to: fly girls dress up, summer dresses, high heels etc.

Hot tip.

Someone should go and bust a report.

Mixx asked for it so here it is; my Chicago data sheet report.

To start let me say that I love my home city; in the summer the weather is perfect and the girls come out to play. Chicago is a big city but in a lot of ways it’s a small town. You have to know where to go to have fun. So for all you traveling players and pimps here is the scoop.

Where to stay: Honestly, you really can’t go wrong (Ritz, the drake, hotel 71, etc) if you stay at an medium to upscale hotel in downtown. Like I said before Chicago can have a small town feel sometimes. If you stay at any hotel downtown you are a five to ten minute taxi ride away from the hot night spots. With that said here is my take:

W hotel: Good location next to all the clubs. Upscale but modern. I like this place because I think it attracts hot younger woman with modern class.

Trump tower: This place is still pretty new and doesn’t hold the same cliche as it does in N.Y. But it’s still the trump and also in a good location.

Day Game: Chicago has neighborhood each with it’s own little culture (Little Italy, Greektown, etc) and each offers it’s own appeal. However, if you are going to be in town for a few days, I think you don’t get that much value by visiting. Primary, because you just won’t get enough traffic of girls to make it worth your wild. I would recommend you visit these places:

Gold coast/river north: This is the heart of the tourist traffic because of all the shopping and famous sites ( Millennium Park, Buckingham fountain, etc). If you’re going to do day game then hit up Michigan avenue this is where all the tourists and locals do shopping. Lot’s of traffic and lots of opportunities to hit on woman on the street. Yeah, it’s touristy but you also get locals here for a reason.

Walk up and down (north up to lake street and south to congress prkwy) Michigan Avenue and you really can’t go wrong. You’ll find plenty of stores and dinning places and of course woman to hit on.

Loop:And then I would head west (on any street) but not past Laselle because after that you hit the loop. And the loop is where everyone goes to work during the day. It’s work central so the opportunities there might be very low. With that said if you want to hit on hot local business girls then by all means hit it up during the week during lunch and rush hour. After the 5 o’clock rush over this place is dead and you should avoid unless you have some a specific venue in mind.

Wrigleyville (Only for Night game unless a Cubs game is going then day game as well)

I would recommend hitting up Wrigleyville (Clark and Addison) during a Cubs game. Yeah the Cubs suck but visit this place during a game and you will understand why Chicagoans love their lovable loser Cubs. Any day (even a weekday) is a good day to visit Wrigleyville when a game is playing.. This place will be busy. You will get college to young professional crowd (flip flops and jeans ) just wanting to get drunk. I would visit a cool and large bar named Barley Corn. But any bar along Clark will be a good choice during a cubs game. Just walk down Clark and take a look inside.

Lincoln Park (only day game if that): You might hear a lot of people talking about Lincoln Park. This is south of Wrigleyville (just head south on Clark street from Wrigleyville) and you’ll hit LP. Good day gaming spots and you’ll also get a ton of small local bars. Personally, I would avoid because it’s too local and the bars are not great in my opinion. You will get a lot of college bars from kids that came over from Michigan State university and want to have thier own bar to watch their college team.

North Avenue beach: Beach is always a fun place and N. Avenue beach is where it is at for Chicago. This is the most popular spot. I’m sure a cat like Mixx would clean up here with tier one Miami game.

Division street/ Vagina Triangle (night and day).

This place has reputation for being a tourist trap. Vagina triangle because of the reputation for slutty girls trying to pick up old dues (and the other way around) but honestly this place is fun. You also get the rich trust fund girls out wanting to spend daddy’s money here. Yes you will find a lot of tourists but you get a lot of locals to and all are trying to have fun. I would recommend :

Hunt Club: Open late and has a reputation for attracting slutty young girls.
Rush on Tavern: Cougar hunting. Older money ..
McFadden's: Young girls just looking to have fun. Very fun vibe here

River NorthSadday and night)

River north is the heart of the night life with trashy clubs to upscale clubs to lounges and everything in between. Taxi cab drivers will tell tourists to go to Division and state ( read above) but all local Chicago’s go to river north. Here is my break down:

Avoid list:

SoundBar- has a reputation for attracting suburban kids that want to party up in the city. It can be fun but I would just avoid. It’s not the best the Chi has to offer. Besides you’ll get a lot of girls from the suburbs in big groups that think Soundbar is the shit.

Excalibur: This is place a damn tourist trap for sure. Every taxi cab driver will recommend this place for some reason. Might be worth it if you can play the “hey you’re out of town too!) game. If not the avoid.

Recommend list: Too many to mention but here are my favorites:

Underground/Cuvee: This are the top of the top. You can’t be regular geek of the street and expect to get in (yeah paying cover means shit at these places). Even locals have a hard time getting in here. Hell, I’m still trying to find a lead to get into these spots on a regular basis. You can get it the regular ways: lots of girls, money, or have a connection. You will find the very hottest girls Chicago has to offer at these two spots. This places attracts the young rich, celebrities and alike. If you come you better come with your A game.

Cresendo: This place has a cult like following and I can see why. You get the local hot sluts coming to this place. Attracts the hot polish girls we got in Chicago. You will find hot girls here and that are ready to get down.

nacional 27: Latin club. You will get white girls wanting to learn. There are other spots but this is the spot to come if you can dance to Latin music. If you’re good you will clean up here.

Others: just way too many to list out but I would give a thumbs up to: Laselle Power, English, Vertigo lounge, Witt, Kerryman--got spot to start the night.

Note on Chicago night life: I love Chicago but my biggest bitch is not the weather but the hours. Chicago is not NYC the night life ends early here. On Friday’s and Saturdays most places start to die quick (and I mean quick) after 2 a.m. There are spots (espcially on Saturdays) that are open till 4 a.m. but there are not that many of them. Just follow the crown and ask where everyone is going and you can keep the party going. Here are some late nigh joints;

Kerryman--This place is chill and you will get upscale girls. A bar in the front and a cool little night club scene in the back.

Stone Lotus: Open late so when you end up here you will get super drunk girls that want to fuck. The girls tend to be younger (21-25) but if you have good game you will kill it here. Don’t bother showing up here before 2 am.

Events: I can’t even come close to listing out all the events we have but Chicago has a lot of them. I would visit:

Second City: Comedy shows. A lot of famous comedians have come out of this place.

Festivals: G is right on the money. We have a lot of festivals where you can do some damage. See below for a list: The dates may not be valid but just google the event to get updated information.

Notable mention: lollapalooza (Aug 5-7): This is huge event with international appeal. I think this year we have Eminem, Cold Play playing among others. We get mad busy during this Weekend with people from around the world visiting. If you can get tickets you will KILL it during this time. Hell you don’t even have to go just play it outside the event which takes place at the Park near Michigan Avenue. During this event you can easily get a hundred phone number in one day. No joke.

Anything else just ask. I can’t think of everything. Hope this helps and if you found it helpful show some love. I don’t have any reputation points!

Chicago

loosewin,

Are you sure you live in Chicago? Neither Millennium Park nor Buckingham Fountain are in River North/Gold Coast (both in The Loop). Oh and it's the Viagra Triangle (for all the old rich guys using the drug), not Vagina Triangle! Haha okay, I'm just giving you a hard time. Most of what you wrote was pretty accurate, so nice job. But just to clarify for readers, while most places do close somewhat early (2am on Fridays, 3am on Saturdays), there are certainly enough late night spots ('til 4am and 5am, respectively) to let you party all night if that's what you wanna do.

I'm going to paste in what I wrote in another thread over a year ago, since that thread is now inactive. All of it is still relevant.

--------------------

"There have been some questions on Chicago. I live here in the Windy City, and can say that this city would not be an option for Amish based on the cold winter weather. However, it may be a good option for others, if at least for a visit, so here's the low down:

Chicago indeed has a high number of very attractive women - they come here from all over the country (and the world to some extent, though not as much as places like NYC or LA), so there's not any one specific Chicago girl look. It's very diverse. Blacks and Whites are about an equal number in the city (~35% each), Hispanics around 25%, and about 5% "Other". However, the city is also very segregated, so the distribution may not appear this diverse depending on where you are in the city. Most of the places a tourist would go, for example, are predominately white. So if you like good ole Midwestern girls with beer guts and loose panty elastic, there are plenty of those to be found. However, if you're like me (and most other guys on this forum by the sound of things) and have a strong affinity toward the Latinas, you're in luck. There are tons of them here, although the vast majority of them are Mexican which some guys like and others not so much. Personally as long as they're brown and hot I don't give a fuck, but maybe that's just me. There are also sizable pockets of Puerto Ricans, Guatemalans, and Ecuadorians. I've met a handful of Colombians and Peruvians, and maybe 1 or 2 Brazilians. So that's the broad run-down.

As for how easy it is to meet and bed these broads, that all depends on when and where you go. Here's a tip: don't come here in the winter. Yes people still go out and party, but the vibe just isn't the same. I've lived here for years yet I'm always amazed every single year when April/May hits and people are suddenly everywhere like ants. It's not a gradual transition - one day everything's cold and quiet, the next day it's Spring and everyone and their fucking mom is out shopping, eating and drinking on a patio, walking their dog, etc. The prime months to be here are June - September, although October is usually also very mild and fun. I often think that if Chicago could just repeat May - October constantly, and skip November - April, it would be the perfect city.

So where are you going to meet these lovely ladies? Stop one would be the beach. Yes yes, I know, they're not nearly as nice as California or Florida beaches, but they're not supposed to be. This is Chicago for christ's sake - a working, industrial city in the middle of the bland Midwest. But given that fact, the beaches are fucking great. And they happen to be just like Spring Break on any summer weekend. Jammed with people drinking, music blaring on the boombox, tossing the ball around, chasing tail, etc. This is a great day-game spot, but even besides that the entire Chicago lakefront is beautiful in the summer.

As for nightlife, forget about Wrigleyville if that's what you've heard about. Unless you want sloppy, pasty white Irish girls with fat legs wearing flip flops, don't go there. Lincoln Park is a college area where all the DePaul students hang out. It's pretty much all bars with a couple of small, not-that-great clubs. But if 19-year-old collegiate tail is your thing, go here. Wicker Park is the place for the more eccentric crowd - hipsters and the like - but is actually pretty mixed these days and has a good selection of both laid-back bars, chill lounges, and upbeat clubs. Then there's downtown which is where all the big clubs are, plus many different types of bars as well. People don't often say "downtown" here, but for simplicity's sake I'm using this term to encompass the areas known as The Loop, River North, and West Loop. These downtown areas are really the heart of the city's nightlife, where places draw a good crowd and are open late (on Saturdays at least). There are a couple clubs frequented almost exclusively by Latinas, and other regular clubs that have Latin nights. I've found these venues to be full of talent and a lot of fun. Spanish skills not needed, but some basic salsa/bachata skills can help a lot. They seem to really like white guys, but know in advance that you'll be one of the only white people there (for the record, I'm white but have a darker complexion and often get mistaken for Hispanic).

So here's the kicker: while there's a ton of female talent in Chicago, I don't think it's the best place to get a one-night stand. It is possible? Absolutely. Does it happen? Absolutely. But it's not as easy as other places I've visited. For example, in Montreal I met 2 girls (on separate nights) who had absolutely no problem leaving their friend alone at the club to come home with me. One of them handed off the keys and basically said "See ya tomorrow" to her friend. In Chicago, girls tend to go out in larger groups and really love sticking together. It's not too difficult to isolate one for an hour or two, but when the night comes to a close and it's time to leave, more often than not she'll make out with you some more, give you her number, and rejoin her friends. Many times this is because they've driven in together from the suburbs to party for the night. So not quite on par with Vegas for ease of the one-night stand, but getting numbers is a breeze. And once you've got that number, usually it only takes a couple of hang-outs to get them in the sack (if you play your cards right, of course). Chicago girls are very liberal for the most part.

I feel as though I'm leaving a lot out, and perhaps not doing the city justice, but it's late and this message is probably already too long as it is. Hopefully this has answered some questions. If others remain, ask away."

Miscellaneous

$5 Stoli Fridays at Level all summer long.

Outdoor movies at sunset at The Terrace at the Conrad Hilton (521 N. Rush) Sunday and Monday evenings

Monday Night Movies at Motel Bar 7:30pm in their outdoor beer garden.

Tuesday night wine tastings at NoMi in the Park Hyatt's wine cellar

All this is great and I have a few bits to add.

Rooftop lounges are hotspots in the summer especially.

Roof on theWit - this bar is theWit hotel's bar and lounge. it's one of the most popular rooftop lounges and always has gorgeous women there.

Vertigo Sky Lounge - Another popular rooftop lounge. This one is at the Dana hotel. Also gets a lot of the better looking girls.

One of the best spots will be North Avenue Beach, as mentioned previously. Those of us with good game will be able to clean house here.

I think what loosewin has said is all accurate. Lincoln Park is my least favorite spot since it's a bunch of trashy college girls from DePaul...if that's your thing, McGee's is the place to meet them. I walked into that place once and it was a pretty good girl to guy ratio but the place was so dirty that I don't ever want to go there again.

River North has a lot of the younger women and is actually a good area to daygame. There are a lot of bars, especially in the area between Wells and State St. on Hubbard (a few off the top of my head are Epic, Social 25, Hub/Sub 51) and Public House is just around the corner. At the moment Public House is a hotspot and is always packed to capacity with gorgeous women.

As far as the club scene, soundbar is absolute trash. I haven't been to underground or cuvee, but have only heard good things. One place I like is Enclave, but unless you know someone who can get you in, you will be paying cover.

Hope this helps.

Best places are in downtown.

Michigan Avenue
North Avenue Beach

The schools in the city are great when in session. UIC, Loyola, Depaul are probably the 3 best ones for what you are looking for.

During the day it's safe just about everywhere. At night you should avoid the south side (between 33rd and Garfield areas).

If you stay in the city, the train and bus system is pretty reliable. And it's more territory to game.

Hope this helps.

The majority of the black babies in Chicago live on the South Side, so you'd find the highest concentration of them there but sadly there's nothing interesting to see and it can be pretty dangerous. So you'll want to just go to any places a tourist would normally go to in Chicago and you'll encounter plenty of dark hunnies (our population is over 1/3 black). In particular I'd recommend trying Millennium Park (around the "bean" monument - you can't miss it) and/or Navy Pier. At night I'd check out Funky Buddha Lounge. Great music and a very mixed crowd (though a definite black majority). It's been around for years but is still very popular.

Overall Chicago is very safe, and you definitely don't need a car when visiting. Hell, I live here and don't even have one (by choice).

July 18-19 - Taste of River North

River North is one of the best neighborhoods to find gorgeous girls in...especially in the 25-30ish age range. More often than not the bitch shields are way down during the day.

Another tip for anyone who follows the TV show Master Chef: If you have a contestant on the show with viewing parties in your area at local venues, definitely check them out...I've been going to one here for the last few weeks and the girl/guy ratio is really good. I've also had some good results here myself, so take advantage of them if you can!

For sure. Any time you're in town.

But just to clarify for readers, while most places do close somewhat early (2am on Fridays, 3am on Saturdays), there are certainly enough late night spots ('til 4am and 5am, respectively) to let you party all night if that's what you wanna do.

haha, yeah I knew someone from Chi was going to give me crap about the misspelling. Agree with everything you said. You can find places that go late (esp. on Saturday's) but most places do not. Even for a guy that knows where to got this can be frustrating. It just seems like most of the time you only have from 11-2a.m to have fun.

Can you break down this whole master chef thing. How would you go about going to these viewing parties. Are the private parties?

Careful with the Universities during this time. It's summer break and most of these places are DEAD.

Same as above. And I would check out a club named the Shrine (black club) on the near south side. Awesome club; D-Rose comes here often. Also this is one of the most well designed clubs I have seen--as in it looks super classy.

G, there are so many fests that it's hard to keep up. But I can confirm this is a hot one. I have some friends that have gone and recommended it. This goes down July 30-31 this year.

If you're looking purely for a ONS in Chicago irrespective of quality then the State & Division/Viagra Triangle area is probably where you want to be. If you're under 30 go to bars on Division St, if you're over 30 dress like you have money and go out on State St. The majority of my same-night pulls in Chicago have been from there. Often you can just grab a girl around last call, spit game for a couple minutes, and go for it.

GringoChileno,

Gives us your break down of what specific venues you think hott in that area. I'd be interested on your take on this. I haven't been to every place in this area and know it also depends on what day/time you hit it up. Case in point I was at the hunt club on Saturday around 1:45 and it was not that great. But I keep on hearing good things so maybe it was an off night?

This weekend was a bit different. I was out on Friday night and saw plenty of women to game. I was winging for a friend of mine, but he was too drunk to realize that a few girls actually wanted to talk to him.

It's weird because usually not as many people are out on a Friday night here.

looswin,

Haha - I was actually at The Hunt Club last night. Even though I'd heard about it for years, this was my first time there. It had a sizable crowd but quality talent was scarce. I ended up having the same problem I often have in Chicago - the girl I was gaming had to leave because she was with a group of friends who all drove in together from the 'burbs. Maybe there's an angle I need to work on here, but in my experience I've found breaking up groups of suburb girls to be nearly impossible. Anyway, I had to settle for the number close.

Proof across the street (the old Level) isn't bad. I didn't go in last night but it looked like there was a big crowd. In general I like the Vi-Tri area - I just wish there were a couple more quality venues to choose from. I've never found LuxBar to be very good, and I can't stand the sloppy Irish bars on Division street.

Oh and you mentioned The Shrine for a good black club. I've never been but have heard it's popular. Is it ALL black or are there at least SOME non-black people, too? I wouldn't wanna totally stick out like a sore thumb, haha.

Liliseezie,

We need to go out sometime. Looks like we're missing each other by hair. That was the second time I've been to the Hunt club. Based on everything that I've heard I think something was off this past weekend. Maybe because of the 4th? But I'll give this place another shot; it does close at 5 am on Saturday which is a plus.

I've been having the same trouble as you with the whole friend pack from the burbs situation. Sometimes I think running day game is the way to go. Although, I'm surprised you ran into this at the Hunt Club. I thought if anything you would get the whole tourist situation. But what do know; only been there twice. Funny you mention Proof, I almost when there on Saturday but never made it out. I've been there only once before and I bet it's a good spot especially if they open up the second floor. It's on my list of places to check out. While we're on the subject of this area; ever been to the hangge uppe? Someone else mentioned it but I wanted a second opinion of this place. Every time I'm in the area this place has a huge line. Which is usually a good sign in my experience...

And the Shrine is an ALL black club. I figure there was around 100 people when I was there and I was one of maybe ten people in the whole club that was not black. Don't let that scare you away though, this place is popular for a reason. It's a good time and if you've never been to an all black club then I highly recommend this place. The music played here is really good as well. Diffidently worth a check out at least one time. I just don't go anymore because I'm not attracted to the black sisters in general. But if you are then for sure go check it out. You won't get any shit for being white, Latin or whatever. Hell, I'll go with you if you want sometime; I have a friend that can get us in for free. Just let me know..
