For me its no contest: Budva comes first in Montenegro, its the higher concentration of hot women that I've seen in my life, russian/ukrainian/serbian with tiny tiny bikinis (tongas) with great bodys and dressing up with short skirts and heels to go out at night..its paradise. Well I would always say that Oslo has way more. Even more that Sweden (because Swedish people have more access to fast food, there tends to be more fatties in Sweden.)

But I have spent about 4 weeks all up in Krakow... I don't think there are THAT many 9's and 10's.
The women are just more naturally good looking. Its not that there are hot girls everywhere. Its just that there are a lot more girls that you want to bang.
Its like when you go to a club in the UK, America or Australia... There will be like 5 girls that are 9's or 10's.... Then the rest of the crowd will be like 3's 4's & 5's.
But the difference in Krakow is that the rest of the crowd is more like 6's 7's & 8's.

From my experience in Tallin, I don't know. I think that the ugly girls just don't leave their house in Estonia. It is like Poland but there are more 9's & 10's out and about.

Both - aside from the models and locals - Milan is a location where all the European trophy wives and rich girls travel to do some shopping - when they are not old, then they are usually hot.

OP, respectfully, I think you are off in thinking it is ratios alone that is going to help you. There are so many factors in creating a successful outcome with a 9 or 10, or so I have read since I have never done so well. This isn't a consulting project where data is alone is the driver. It will come down to you and your intention. Picking the magic poosy spot, isn't going to get you laid without effort.

Regardless of competition, 9s and 10s are going to have some standards. They know they are hot relative to the rest, they may even be smart enough to know that if the give the pussy away too easily it devalues them, so maybe they only want super successful and local. In every country there are top notch guys that can have several 9s and 10s busy at the same time.

What Dantes is asking is spot on. What will you do to meet them? What do you bring to the table? Good looks, wealth, excellent language skills, mad dancing skills? Based on your name it sounds like you are Asian, so you don't have the WGF.

Also, you are basing your opinion of others who may not see beauty the way you see it. Granted if enough names keep popping up over and over again, then that might give that country enough weight for a visit.

But let's say it is Russia, what will you do?

Not trying to rain on your parade, but it is a journey (possibly a long one) between surveying RVF guys about 9s and 10s and banging one in a foreign country depending on your skill set/offerings.

I am really trying to come from a good supportive place, I am just not sure what you plan to do with all the data you are collecting. I really think when you meet that hot of a chick, it is a one on one event about whether or not you can hook them and get them interested. You are competing against her other experiences and other suitors (yes here your ratio thing may get involved) but if they are that hot, they have been hit on enough times. They will have seen enough guys spitting words trying to impress her.

I agree with Samsamsam - the ratios are not much help for the average guy. Even in Russia - Moscow and St. Petersburg where most of the Russian 8-9s converge, you need to have value to bang them. They are in those cities to find employment, sugar daddies or an exciting lifestyle.

I would not compare Amsterdam to any German city, because they are not similar in mentality and the girls are different.
But I can tell you that Zurich is much worse than for example Vienna or Munich. In Zurich you have worse gender ratios, a huge number of tall good looking men, girls' expectations through the roof. Only in Zurich did I hear 37 year old 5.5s proudly proclaim that they still have time to find their millionaire prince charming and marry - according to her she had time until 45. That is the level of delusion there - girls obviously have their pick of Beta Bucks.

Paris for example swarms with 8-9s, but you will likely not meet them - probably not even see them unless you are in the right kind of social circles. I know some guys who run Daygame in Paris successfully, but they take whatever they can.
