I believe Christian McQueen stated that nightclubs are a huge pain in the ass if you want to own one and use the status to fuck women guests.

He went on about how its better for another man or a number of investors to own it and you are the guy on the ground running it. Securing against financial liability whilst being able to do your own thing and the investors get you to work the floor and get them attention when they pop down.

If you don't have decent game then no. Just by the post, I'm going to assume that you're a newbie which is fine. Maybe 10-15 years ago but not know. You think you will be flowing in pussy when your paranoid about all your staff trying to skim the till, sneak in bottles and undercut you on the tables, steal booze and your bouncers extorting people at the door. Oh plus all the drugs you know are circling around the place that keep all the best laying tables happy but run you a risk of getting shut down. Last bar owner I knew he stayed by the safe all night watching the cash screens, with a bat to intimidate the staff because no matter who you hire half of them will try to steal money from you and $400 a night adds up over time. Plus people don't open bars as sole stand alone ventures. You do it in a tandem of other things. Most have a restaurant or event business and try to blend all together.

I would own a bar/lounge but never a nightclub. Way to much bullshit for little return.

A club with the right status is probably the most surefire way to get pussy. If you own and run it, you have power, money, status and youre gonna be gaming these girls on your territory where your most comfortable. Everyone vies for your attention.

All you have to do is know what the fuck youre doing, be prepared to work 80-100 hour weeks the first couple of years, and have a decent amount of capital. As far as knowing what to do, everything from operations to networking has to be down pat. You need to know some quality djs who can drop a beat, you need hundreds of friends to tell their friends your place is the shit, and you need to know how to train your staff to be a tight team

I just think you are better off locking down a place hard. Less money spent. No lawsuits over unwanted advances, etc. No one stealing your profits by pouring too much, or pocketing cash, etc.

You probably need to have the right frame before going into this, so you should be doing ok before getting a club. The club gives you access and some value, but you still need to know how to handle yourself.

Most clubs don't survive more than 3 years, 5 if they're lucky. Being a club owner is a money losing venture, unless you have enough money in the first place to buy or build a super large club and afford to pay talented staff and book top tier DJs. Which runs into the Tens of Millions of Dollars just to start.
