My problem with both these dudes is they do too much high effort approaching. Im not a full on AMSer in the sense that i only approach bitches that shoot me choosing signals, but i ain't going out of my way to approach a bitch.
These first 38 seconds is the epitome of bad game to me.
I see a guy do this and know immediately the fucker doesn't get it. The fucking hop at the end is what really drives home how cornball this dude is. But he's popular as fuck.
Madison doing a street/direct interaction with skill
To me this is the right amount of effort, the proper social awareness, etc.
Now if a cat is like 19 or some shit, and so is the girl, that high energy thing can work - but I usually don't chop game with anything but grown ass men. My experience in really talking to game with young dudes is almost always online. I'm not going to go see Migos and shit, or talk to bitches with fake asses, colored hair, and septum piercings. (When is the Blac Chyna aesthetic going to end?)
I usually see the problem with mainstream guys in terms of mindset -
This is the title of this thing -
How To Attract A 10 (and MAKE HER STAY WITH YOU FOREVER)
Make her stay with you forever. The proper mindset is damn, this chick needs to keep doing shit to keep me interested. ...
The marketer/persuader/advertiser in me sees why the headline is effective - it speaks to both a desire and a fear.
A title and the following content is just stuff I can't agree with. I actually think it's harmful to be honest.
To resurrect the dead horse and continue to beat it - RSD definitely has a core technical side - but they keep changing the packaging. Sometimes the packaging within each instructor/within the brand - is contradictory or self defeating.
What that says to me is that they don't really have a philosophy. I"m 80% through Roosh's book, and agree or disagree - he has a consistent philosophy on women and life and on his own values.
The technical side of RSD is essentially put yourself in a good mood, and then when you interact with a chick, you transfer that mood to her.
Tyler is the best at it, and he adds a tweak. He doesn't put the girl in his mood, but the mood that she wants to be in. That's subtle, and I don't think the other guys around him get why that's so powerful - but for them to do that - they'd have to really have empathy for the girl. Of the 7 balls to juggle with a chick, the two hardest are empathy with the girl and knowledge of self.
Within the paradigm of "Attract/Comfort/Seduce" - the attraction is coming through emotional transfer. So that's the hyper little kid that Tyler is, or the Life of the Party/Source of the Drama that most of them do.
This a big departure from the Mystery/Style external game. The attraction there came from being the entertainer. The routines were the thing that basically got the chick excited, because Mystery and Style weren't trying to whip themselves into an emotional tornado. Mystery in particular runs a set like he runs an audience. He doesn't react where other people react.
Being a comedian (like Style) - you can't laugh at your own jokes - you are the cause not the effect. That is part of the reason why a professional comedian is so much funnier than you and me.
The pick up scientist in me likes this stuff - cause I can go out and try it, and get different sorts of reactions on purpose. It's not luck. It's not by chance. It's I come at a chick one way, I say one thing, and I get a reaction/response that I'm expecting - a reaction that she thinks is natural.
By hook or by crook - the player just keeps setting things up that makes a girl "naturally" feel one thing or another. No different than a top salesman that brings up objections before the close, preacher giving a sermon and getting the congregation to repeat, or the girl who sends you a text "We need to talk".
I know how you behave. I know what you're going to do given a set of choices. And because I am the one picking the candidates, I control the election.
Bringing this back to Madison - and to a lesser extent Todd - Madison, despite being a Canadian/despite having different sensibilities on race because of his Canadianess - his emotional transfer isn't the super hyped up kid. He basically brings a party vibe. Where max/julien/tyler stuff looks like work - coming from a regular black dude perspective - Madison doesn't.
I could chop game all day though.
