I went to a small house party once, and the host had a neat item called a raclette grill. Looked similar to this:



All the host needed to do was set out a bunch of toppings, and guests would cook their own mini platter, while socializing around the grill. Seemed like a fun idea, the girls loved it, and great conversation starter since you could make unique mini-plates and talk about what would go well. Very low effort for the host, and very easy cleanup.

Also, I think there is great value in one of these grills for a fun 1 on 1 date with a girl over a bottle of wine.

The worst thing about the NYE party was the way that one Chinese 7 showed up and planted herself on a lounge chair and didn't move all night. When everyone else was having fun and talking in groups, she was playing with her fucking iPhone. I can only imagine about how selfish and horrible she would be in bed.

This year at my NYE party I had:

Photographer - "Hobbyist" (friend) with a full photo shoot set up with back drop, wireless strobes all around to shoot the dance floor and the rest of the party/mingling. Most professional venues don't get photography near this caliber.

Bartender - Professional bartender (friend) who generously donated his time and kept the liquor flowing smooth as silk and thanked me for having him.

Security - Paid (minimal) cash for a door guy. Referral from a service industry friend who said this guy was top notch and was looking for gigs. This guy was worth every penny.

And of course lots of hot chicks.

Girls like that have had guys kissing their ass, agreeing with them, and doing them favours their whole lives. They only way to game them is to knock them off their pussy pedestal so hard and far they don't know what hit them. Honestly, you have to be quite rude and make it clear that you actually don't think their anything special.

Additional Tip:

If you're hosting a party for more than 6 guests, coats, purses, shoes and other outerwear are going to become an issue. I have a small couch near the entrance to my apartment and because of my lack of preparation in this area, most of my visitors' coats and bags end up on this couch which makes it useless for it's intended purpose: sitting.

Even when I've directed my guests to throw their stuff on my bed in the bedroom, they don't listen.

It's a real waste of ass real-estate, so before I throw my next party in March, I'll be investing in two coat hangers to put by the door.

Great thread, props to Suits for advice on and off the forum on throwing a party. Aneroid Ocean had some good tips as well on how to deal with girls who want to bring guys. It wasn't a big issue at my last house party but have a feeling it may come up for an upcoming one I'm having. If a girl acts up when I insist on no extra dudes then she's a no-invite for the next one, though if she brings an extra cute friend it may be ok, depending on how much competition and/or annoyance that the guy brings.

If I use the ratio excuse on a girl, then she comes and it's 1:2 guys to girls will they make a big deal? There's a bunch of prospects that I'm inviting that I don't know very well (not even sure if they have boyfriends since it wasn't appropriate to ask in the context we met) so I have a feeling at least a couple will ask to bring "friends," so hopefully they don't balk at the no dudes request.

One girl who I invited to the last party pressured me to invite some other mutual friends who I didn't care for. She's not getting the invite for the next one. Suits previously said "cut out the infection." I felt somewhat obligated to invite her since she invited me to one of her parties, but that debt is repayed so she's on the blacklist now.

Some lessons learned from my previous party:

Logistical - make sure that you have a good system in place for buzzing people up (and make sure your shit works well) and that your guests have clear directions on getting to your place. It was a pain getting distracted by getting people in and giving directions instead of enjoying and mingling with the guests.

Some idiot locked the bathroom door on his/her way out, so guests were using my bedroom bathroom which was not ideal (was planning on keeping my bedroom closed and storing my crap in there). This is kind of one of those rare type situations that you can't predict, but just in case have a spare key for all your rooms within the apartment if possible.

There was a shitton of wine at my party, both supplied by me and brought by others. Most people drank the wine, so that was ok, except afterwards I had about a dozen half drunk bottles of wine, and ended up throwing away more than half of them since I couldn't finish them. What a waste. I'm thinking of only keeping out a few bottles of wine at a time so that people finish opened bottles before opening new ones.

Social - play the role of the host and introduce people to each other. In the country I'm in, local girls are mad shy and I made the mistake of inviting a couple of girls that don't even drink and speak poor English. In those cases it becomes harder to get people to mingle, which is key to avoiding awkwardness. Having a nice and interesting food setup will help with this, as mentioned in the datasheet, but I'm just too lazy. How do I deal with introverted girls who sit in the corner and talk with their friends or play with their phones? Other than nexting them, I'm thinking of introducing a beer pong table for the next party or some type of drinking game.

I went to another friends house party a couple weeks later and all the local girls (with one local guy) were on one side of the apartment playing some stupid game and the foreigners were all chatting and mingling. Locals here have undeveloped social skills, so I have to find a way to work with it. Some of it is because many of the local girls have only mediocre English skills so are really shy to talk with foreigners (who rarely speak the local language here). Though they were also shy with the foreigners that spoke the language, so perhaps it's just generally being introverted. This was an issue at one of the parties I hosted even in a different country - the girls that didn't speak English just seemed really uncomfortable and out of their element. The girls that spoke English and were used to foreigners enjoyed themselves.

I know Suits likes to keep his parties classy, but my guests seemed ok with takeout pizza, though I may recruit some guy friends to bring some more classy finger food to help with the mingling.

I forgot to stock up on ice and on day of was luckily able to get enough, but in general I would advise that you get as much preparation as you can out of the way early so that on the day of you can focus on any last minute stuff you need to take care of.

Overall, my party was a success. I got subsequent invites to other house parties, and my main target from the party (who flaked on me a couple of times for previous dates) readily agreed to come back to my place on a separate occasion to cook dinner together.

It takes a good amount of work, but with the right guests and planning it can pay major dividends. Will post again in a few months after my next one, though comments and suggestions welcome.

I'm hosting a welcome party.
I recently moved into a house with a close friend.

I have a question. I have invited girls, who have been instructed to bring along females.
So in essence I'm counting groups.

In all there are 8 or so different 'group leaders' confirmed.
7 are former flames. None more recent than 2014.
Though some are cool and willing to throw me onto their friends - it might provide for a weird atmosphere when shortys put 1 & 1 together.

Did I fuck up?

Only time shall tell, expect my report back of what should be an epic Saturday night.

I'm more interested in the tag alongs and +1s they provide.

Though in theory old flames can be re-lit, a new girl and experience is preferable.

Ultimately, I'll use the (more chilled and willing) group leaders as my path into new tang.

Should make for an interesting night.
Likely 70% of female population will be attributed directly and indirectly to my scheme.

This is a pretty good line, I'll use it next time. Had another party recently. All the girls had no problem with not bringing a random dude except one who insisted on bringing her male bff. Turns out the guy was pretty chill and introverted so it wasn't a big deal (and actually may have been beneficial since he was a local and socialized with some of the super shy local girls that I invited). But then when this girl came to my party she called me out for being paranoid about bringing guys so it was a bit embarrassing. She's not getting another invite obviously. In retrospect I need to be smarter about filtering out girls that are a bit off socially and won't be a positive addition to the party, I had a bad feeling about her and should have known. Oh well.

Of course I didn't have the line you suggested ready but I'll try it for my next party. Then the question becomes: if the girl wants to bring a mutual guy acquaintance that I just don't like (or don't want to compete with on my turf), then what do I say to her? Didn't happen this time but I expect it to come up in the future.

If the girl continues to insist on bringing a guy is it better to give in or to tell her either don't bring the guy or don't come? Obviously in retrospect it's better not to invite them in the first place but you only know AFTER sending the invitation whether they're going to ask about bringing guys or not.

Maybe I'm making too big a deal of this, but having the right mix of people is one of the most important factors in throwing a party, and preventing guests from bringing the wrong type of people is a major component of that. This is what I was most worried about in the lead up to the party. And of course I don't want guys that I'm not cool with to have easy access (I consider giving my guy friends access to girls at my house party the equivalent of handing them over on a silver platter since it's a warm approach in an alcohol setting) to girls that I may be interested in.

My last party went really well except towards the end I realized I didn't have my good music playlist on but no one complained so maybe they didn't notice, but I have to be more careful about that in the future. Also didn't have enough table space to set up drinks and had to put the alcohol in a separate room away from where the people were so I don't think girls got as drunk as they could have. Also ended up hooking up with a girl that I was hoping to keep in the friend zone but that's another story. Also alot of people brought weird local food that no one ate so I had to throw it away which was kind of a waste.

Beer pong worked really well for getting people to socialize (kind of lame but it works especially if the attendees are mainly foreign and haven't done it before) and sending people maps in advance helps save time from people asking for directions.

I usually don't plan on having enough time to actively game at my parties since I have to rotate among all the guests and make sure no one is feeling isolated. It's more about sending a big DHV to the prospects then following up afterwards. Let's see if the results pay off in the coming weeks.

I haven't had any trouble with girls insisting on bringing guys with them. I have invited girls who I assumed were single who responded with "can I bring my boyfriend?" I've always said yes, because boyfriends help to balance the ratio without being a threat.

I include in my invites to girls that they can "bring their cute friends."

If any girl wants to bring an unverified guy in the future, I'm going to say yes and then tell her a day later that the party has been cancelled.

As somebody who has had the pleasure, nay, privilege of attending one of these parties, I will confirm their efficacy. The girls were basically competing over the attention of three guys the entire night and I've already set a up a couple dates.

Experimentation with Party Host Game has been on-going at a rate of about one party per month since I first dropped this datasheet. I've been achieving more and more this way.

Some things I've discovered:

Quality over quantity
This should go without saying, but the problem I was having was needing to drop my standards to ensure a pleasing ratio. I've corrected this by strictly limiting the number of guys invited. At the last party, I was shooting for 4 guys and 8 girls. I ended up getting 5 guys (one girl brought a gay friend) and the other 3 guys were handpicked by me (including two forum members). I didn't get the full 8 girls because of some unexpected cancellations, but we did get 6 or 7.

By cutting out low value guys, the different was huge. At the end of the party, Space Cowboy both had a girl sitting on each side of us, holding hands with us and cuddling. They were all engaged in fierce competition for us.

Unfortunately, our end game and logistics were weak, so no one got laid that night, but picking up the notches later was a piece of cake with two girls inviting themselves over to my place to "cook." I got two bangs without spending more than a few dollars on groceries. No need to take either girl out on a "real" date first, like I've done before. I'm still following up with two more weaker leads.

Girls may only attend one party in total

It's generally always been a mistake to let girls come to more than one party. They start getting comfortable and behaving worse. I made the mistake of inviting a Russian girl who had been to two parties previously to the most recent one (and while she wasn't successful at all) she tried to cockblock me by taking loudly about a drunk girl I'd banged in February. (No one cared).

My theory is this: If a girl came to a party and no one was able to bang her, what's the point of inviting her to another? If she's already been banged by one of the guy on the team, why invite drama by putting her in a situation where she is going to get jealous? Building jealousy is a valid game technique in some situations, but not a good idea if it is going to hurt your access to new girls, which is what party host game is really about.

There are some notable exceptions. Inviting girls who I was banging before and who have nexted me to a party can reignite the passion. I did this with a girl and when she arrived early I told her that now that we were just friends, I could tell her everything. I then gave her a breakdown of how I used these parties to meet new girls and bang them. She eagerly jumped back into bed with me the next week and has been coming back ever since.

The main reason, however, for not letting girls attend more that one party is that they will meet other people and this will restrict your ability to have full control of the guest list at future parties.

Full control is essential to maintaining a good ratio and doing quality control. If Britney and Dana become friends and Dana is a bitch, you can't very well invite Britney without inviting Dana. Dana will just show up any way.

Better to commit to having 100% new girls at every party

Using Online Game to Recruit

I've been using OKCupid to recruit girls. I build attraction and comfort, but after stringing them along for at least three weeks (past the point where they are angling for a free dinner anymore), I tell them that I think they are cool, but that I'm really busy with business meeting with clients in the next two weeks and can't meet up. However, I'm having a party Saturday night and she should come to that.

Having an efficient system to recruit girls has been the number one factor in upgrading my parties to a new level. This means that I can cut out unreliable girls who sometimes recruit hot girls, but often just bring a bunch of dudes. Having full control of the guestlist is essential to high level success. That way you hold all the cards.

Having a good team

I've decided that you should never have more than 4-5 guys at a party. Four is ideal, because you'll have a nice tight party of 12 people with a ratio of 1-2, but if a lot of girls cancel, you'll still end up with fewer guys than girls.

Rather than trying to find a lot of quality guys (a challenge), just try to build a solid team of you and 2-3 other guys. I've got three forum members on my team for the next party and I won't be inviting any other guys.

These guys have an obligation to recruit. If every guy is quality and the girls are attracted to you all, you're going to end up being Eskimo brothers over and over again with your bros if you aren't strategic.

If every guy is on-board with the plan, and you all bring 2-3 girls, you'll have a very strong ratio and you can divide up the girls after the party so that you aren't stepping on each others dicks by all giving the same hot girls more attention than is good for them. Much better to only have one guy follow up texting each girl. You don't want them leveraging you against each other, even in her own head.

Post Party Wrap Up

Before any guy texts any girl, you need to divide up the girls. The next morning, everyone should choose one girl he wants the first crack at. You can further divide the rest of the girl or leave them in a communal pool. Fair play would indicate that each team member has a limited period of time to close the deal or the others can take their shot to. This plan needs to be agreed on in advance by everyone.

End Game

Still need to work on this, but having a space with the right logistics that afford a degree of privacy is important. You can isolate to the kitchen or bedroom, but the girl is still going to be worried about what others think / someone walking in

A room two rooms away from where everyone else is hanging out is probably optimal, but would require a larger space. I'll be considering this when I change apartments in July.

At a party like the ones Suits hosts, there is no such thing as wasting time because the men are put in the position of power from the get-go. Not only are the gender odds in your favor, but having three or four confident, well-dressed men command a room full of women is a huge turn-on for these girls.

I know that I'll be taking what I learned to whatever city I end up next. Millions of chumps play the club game every night but very few people are running party hosting game. There's a huge market share of wet pussies out there for you guys, just follow Suits' lead.

I see party host game as an extension of social proof/lock-down game.

When you're the host of the party, you are the venue owner.

When you are a close friend of the party host and you brought girls you're the dude at the club that all the staff know/acknowledge and who may or may not know the owner but who gets premium seating or some free drinks on the regular.

It's not that party host game is BETTER, but some aspects are even more in your favor.

The biggest downside is having to continue to bring in fresh talent and handle the logistics before-hand. The biggest upside is that you're the venue owner and there aren't many girls that go "oh but he fucked my friend Amanda, I can't fuck him" when you're the venue owner. They expect you to have fucked their friend Amanda even if you haven't.

I haven't been throwing many parties in the last calendar year (especially since I'm in a LTR), but I can't tell you how many girls assumed I get laid way more than I do just by the parties I've thrown and the friends I have come to them. Girls ASSUMING I've fucked most of the hot girls at my party even when the opposite is true.

Networking is the most powerful thing in the world. Business, Game, and Entertainment.

We had our most successful party yet last weekend. By using the new rules I outlined several posts above, we achieved our goals much more effectively.

I kept the number of men down to 4. One cancelled last minute, but one group of girls brought a guy, so the ratio was 4 guy:8 girls, which was perfect.

Space Cowboy and I recruited the 8 girls off of online dating applications and websites. There were a lot of last minute cancellations, but we still came out ahead.

There were more Chinese (versus Westerners) than usual, so despite how I hid multiple chairs on my balcony, we had some Chinese short skirt wearing guests sitting on the floor for up to and hour trying to preserve the "conversation circle." Eventually, even they got with the program and the party broke into smaller conversations groups (which is better for gaming purposes).

Two of the guys mostly stayed put in one spot, but Space Cowboy and I worked the room.

The strategy we laid out before the party was to identify two DTF girls and ask them to stay after the party to "help clean up."

We did this and two girls stayed. I took one to the kitchen to wash and dry dishes and Space Cowboy "cleaned up" the living room with the other. I took a peak out of the kitchen after five minutes and then were making out silently on the couch.

When the dishes were finished, I told my girl that the other were "having fun" in the living room and we'd better sneak past them. We "snuck past" all the way to my bedroom, where my guitar was.

I used the techniques in the two College Humor Youtube videos below and then tore her clothes off and fucked her twice.

Meanwhile, Space Cowboy got the lay in the living room.

Both girl stayed the night and we had an awkward breakfast of scrambled eggs and ham in the morning.

I never want to go to a club ever again. It should be noted that all it took to put this party together and have 8 women eating out of our hands was to dedicate a few minutes a day on OKCupid for about two weeks and about 3 hours of shopping and prep work preparing tacos and a cheese board. Easy stuff.

Now we are following up with the other pussy from the party.
