Long story short, guy finds sexually explicit texts an nudes on his wife's phone, hires a private investigator to tail her for the weekend, she came home a little bit ago. Should be entertaining to see what happens next! I've been checking for updates during commercial breaks while watching NFL.

Apparently the OP makes $200k plus a year and has a solid pre-nup so I may be following his account for a while to see where this all ends up.

Fuck this shit dude. If she cheated on him it's his own fault. If I even suspected a woman was cheating I'd cut her loose. Im sure he saw the signs and felt the tension but failed to act on it. A girl should be 150% whipped up on you before you consider her for a relationship.

I've read the original thread and the current one, and it's not exactly clear, only circumstantial at the moment.

It is a fact that his brother's wife (OPs sister-in-law) is complicit in the wife's cheating and definitely knows about it. They are driving around together all day and having suspect conversations with 2 guys, some guy named Zack who is banging OPs wife, and another guy who has been spotted with them. In all probability, she's probably cheating too, but even if not he should still dump her ass.

I feel for both of those dudes, but they should have kept the show going enough to get more concrete evidence for the brother, because it's likely that he doesn't have a prenup like the OP, and is going to get the bigger end of the shaft when all is said and done if there is a divorce.

How anyone can defend marriage these days is beyond me...

Saw this come up on my Reddit feed, clicked the comments, people have pointed out a lot of aspects where they are pretty sure this is fake (eg. what kind of PI does live updates, plus some of the surveillance techniques don't make sense).

That said, after the xojane story that was published about the blatant cheating that is the subject of a current RVF thread, it's not easy to tell what's real anymore.

This is why it surprises me how clueless people can be when they figure out they're being cheated on and they didn't even suspect anything. I feel like at the very least you'd get fishy hints well before anything like that would happen, let alone when some people go years without figuring out their girlfriend/boyfriend is banging someone else.

If that PI is real, I want to meet him. How does he manage to tail a car from that far away?

I'd say 50-50 on it being fake. The PI stuff seems plausible to me...probably a competitive market and one way for a PI to satisfy customers they are getting their money's worth (i think it can be 200/hr in NYC easy) would be to provide tech savvy service.
If it is in fact fake, the guy has an excellent and highly detailed imagination.

I was confused by this as well. Why would they be doing this if they had no idea about the PI? Clearly according to the story they had no idea. Also it's incredibly bizarre that two sister in laws just get together and find some alphas to cheat with, although I don't put that past something the female race would do.

I think it's fake, but the name of the subreddit doesn't factor in. I'd consider it my mistake as well. He's wronged, but a man would acknowledge to himself he misjudged the woman he married. A worthless whore snuck past him and tricked him into a marriage. Now he's playing it tricky and trying to protect his assets to the extent he can, until he's safe enough to excise her from his life.

Why would he risk possibly tipping her off? Were I in his shoes I'd be 100% running on fumes trying to figure out how to get my money out of there, laying my plans, even to the point of convincing her to move to a less divorce-friendly state if I didn't live in one to set up a year-long gambit. According to women, EVERY TIME they cheat it's the guys fault! As for seeing signs, not so fast. Women have the unique ability to stare right in your eyes, swear to God on their children's lives and lie. That's why once you DO catch them it's DONE!!

Exactly! There is an easy was to settle this. Just invite 5 male friends over while the wife is home. Everybody strip down to nothing.
