I don't think you can justify that level of escalation.

First of all, hitting someone when they're on the ground is one of the most violent things you can do that doesn't involve a weapon. Even in the UFC, two or three unprotected shots to the face like that and they'll stop the fight.

In other words, even in a fighting competition where two large, trained men are out to incapacitate each other, a line is drawn at unprotected punches to the face. Then consider that this is a woman in her underwear on a game show. She was obviously done after the slam; the point was proven.

On top of that, there's no real progression to the violence. He's not even standing up straight, he's leaning against the car the entire time. There's never a moment where he asserts himself physically, as if to say, "listen, bitch, you're not going to like where this is about to go".

Even when he takes the shoe, he tosses it to the other guy like it's a playground game.

You could justify the lack of warning in a fight with a guy, where the element of surprise could be the difference between getting your ass beat or not. But this chick isn't a real threat. The objective is to get her to cut the shit.

And that's what she wanted the whole time. She was provoking them so they'd lose their cool and lose the game.

You think she wasn't willing to take a punch to the face for a free car?

Its not a generational thing, anyone who's ever been in a fight knows that when the other person is down, its game over. Hitting someone, man or women when they're down especially a women is a disgusting thing. What he did was out of line.

A Sean Connery back-handed slap would have been preferable.

But in my generation, very good looking girls I've been with have told me that they don't get hit on.

The sad part? There is a lot of truth to it. The well has been poisoned. Young girls have no idea how to act with class to their men. One recent girl told me, "Ok, since I'm broke, your always going to pay."

I didn't mind paying. She was nice in bed. But nowhere did anyone teach her how to be feminine and appreciative in a classy, female way.

And vice versa, young guys in America have been so castrated in a sense they aren't even mustering up two words to a girl.

I dont totally agree with this. I do agree that once someone is down and done in a fight the strikes should stop. I have even broken up fights between people I didn't even know because it was clear the fight was over. But in a fight if you stumble someone with a blow and they fall down the fight is not over.... they can get back up and end up fucking you up. A little bit of ground an pound to make sure they are not going to come back at you is perfectly ok in the streets if you ask me. In the streets anything can happen, I'm not stopping until I know the other guy is out of he fight.

Again I am not advocating a brutal unnecessary beating. But I'm sure as shit not going to stop fighting because someone is off their feet.

As for he video I only watched it once but it didn't seem to me like the slam was or punch was really that brutal.

I just left because I felt like she was the type of crazy who might have made a false accusation or some other horseshit. I wasn't able to provide her what she needed most, which was a masculine confrontation that might have escalated physically, in order to get her to start thinking about maybe changing some of her behaviors and way she viewed the world.

And I blame it on our fucked up society that chooses to act like women are always to be given the benefit of doubt over men.

Although I find the beatdown of the Russian guy excessive, I find it refreshing that in that society, the benefit of doubt goes to the man, who is woman's natural superior.

Let's zoom back and analyze "teaching a girl a lesson" with violence according to looking out for number 1.

You plead out to a lower degree of assault, misdemeanor assault, instead of the felony assault they first charge you with. But you showed her!

Now you have a violent conviction on your record.
But let's be optimistic, you don't have any arrests for violence on your record ( if you, many times you're pretty screwed and will probably have to plead to assault) ad you just have an arrest, not a conviction, for assault on your record.

Try explaining to HR ( whom you'll never get to see, since your application will be weeded out if they do a preliminary check for arrests) that "the bitch deserved it."

Wait, you'll never get to meet HR, unless they're firing you when your arrest pops up on your yearly undesirable check.

Your manager who knows you're a good worker: "I understand she was probably being a total bitch, and in your situation I would have wanted to hit her too, but the insurance company doesn't let us keep people with arrests for violence on our staff."

Now technically, as far as I know right now only law enforcement or government employers can see your arrest, rather than your conviction, record.

But how long until an insurance company offers some disgruntled government programmer two million in cash for a thumb drive with all the records of everyone arrested in the USA in the last 50 years.

It's all on a database at the FBI headquarters.

If you never want to work anywhere that deals with insurance companies, you might not have huge hassles the rest of your life because of an arrest for violence.

I don't think it's necessary to psychoanalyze people here, there words tend to speak for themselves.

The guy lost his reason, and that's why he hit her like that. The thing that makes you kind of feel like she deserved it, is because you could tell she never entertained the idea that it could happen, a mistake men don't make. In the long run, she got an education that you learn at a very early age as a man: that it's never a guarantee that a man will be rational.

Best scenario is that he threw her shoe away from the car or confronted her without violence.
