Would love to hear about Veracruz. I've always wanted to stop for a day or two to see what it is but always end up driving through. Next year I'll try to make a DF and Veracruz trip.
The cycle of disrespect can start with just an appetizer.

Guys,
Good initial forum posts, useful data, Americas, good advice on day game, key in a huge city.
I'm off to D.F. to see if I like it for 2 weeks, if I do i'll be back to stay for a few months,
Looking for people to day game/ wing/ night game, whatever,
If you're down to meet up sometime, or need a wing as well,
or are willing to grab a beer, my treat, and talk game,
hit me up with your whatsapp,
i'm in tough and closed-off Guadalajara now, been here for months,
where i had to day game for hours to get 1 useful number,
so I'm ready to turn this sh*t up in D.F.
If you're still around please give an update on how D.F. went. Also if you could expand a bit on how hard it is to day game in GDL thanks.

Just had an 8 hour layover in Mexico City, DF. I took the metro into the center, walked around and saw some sites. My observations...
-There's good, cheap food.
-The vibe of people is generally very nice verging on friendly.
-The average quality of women is 5, which means I saw everything from 2s to 9s. Kind of reminds me of California in this regard.
- I got eye fucked a ton, more so than any place I've been in the last year including Manilla and Bangkok. I even got a huge smile from the only 9 I saw. Seems the ladys like tall, well dressed foreign guys here.
- The quality on tinder seems high, but so far I only have 2 matches.
Overall it seems like it would be a cool place to visit or stay for a while but there are cooler places so personally I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Centro Historico has a lot going on even if you are there just for a few hours. If looking for hotter girls try one of the many museums instead of the streets. Bars and venues in centro usually are either punk-goth sinkholes, hipster hangouts, or middle to low-class affairs. The best bet there would be Spains cultural centre behind the Cathedral. They have jazz nights every week and a popular international hostel right next door rife with german and swedish backpackers.

Como con la mayoría de las mochileras, mientras tengas la logística resuelta y te quedes hasta el final, ya chingaste.
She will get laid that night if she wants to (and thats the whole reason they travel), just make sure its you. Just be the coolest cat around (easy enough, honestly, most backpacker dudes dress like children and cant hold a decent conversation) and have somewhere to pull her (instead of some hostel where they wont let you have women over, for example)
Havnt got a swedish flag yet, buts thats how I would do it.

During the day, Av. Francisco I. Madero (that starts from the Torre Latinoamericana) is frequented by all kinds of people. Only thing I hate is the insane number of pamphlet givers trying to push their services selling prescription glasses and shit. As obstacles, they make concentration difficult when daygaming.

Pata Negra, Rhodesia, Patrick Miller and Ragga are sure bets. Barezzito is a franchise operation, they push hard for you to spend money and most girls will be in large groups, so it will be harder to pull. Eve, if its the one I think it is, is a stuck up place where it might be harder to get through the door if you are rolling solo.
I might be in DF around that time, PM me when you are there.

The Condesa/Roma ones that you mentioned are all solid. Barezzito is a cool venue, but mind you that social circle game is the way to go there. And stay away from Ragga- unless you want to bed fifteen year old fresas.
